Once your order is placed you cannot change the delivery address. You can apply to cancel but it cannot be cancelled one shipped. So far I have been trying to cancel my order (due to not being able to amend shipping address) for 4 days. I was told two days ago I would hear something in 48 hours, I am told again today I will hear something within 48 hours. I am baffled that something so simple is an absolute chore with Logitech. I am not going to purchase anything from their website again.

Ordered item to store, roughly 3 weeks later I was chasing customer service then gave up on the item arriving and asked for a refund. In the meantime I ordered another of the same item. After a month since the original purchase the order was cancelled at my request but then they cancelled the new order as well (I was refunded for both). I was then told I'd have to order it a third time if I wanted it. Felt like I was chasing customer service and they weren't proactive
