Very, very annoyed to find you have imposed many additional layers of security without first seeking consent. You asked for a mobile number to send a 6-digit code, fair enough. You then asked me to record a 24-digit "Sage Recovery Code", numbers and letters. That amounts to more possible variations than there are atoms of matter in the entire Universe.I reluctantly do so.And then you want yet another layer of secirity, that's three now.Absolutely ridiculous, I'm not running GCHQ.6-digit code by teaxt is fine, that's all my bank requires.Hugely dissatisfied at your temerity!

I've had a GoPro Hero 3 for years just purchased a Hero 10 the end of July specifically to record my nephews wedding. I've been recording video since it was magnetic on tape; VHS and Beta, then digital tape machines then digital DSLR and flashcards, so I have enough expereince to know what I'm doing. Despite a decent amount research on the Hero 10, I assumed it was the best thing out there. I didn't find anything regarding how the batteries overhead and cause the cameras to shut off after 5-6-7 minutes. When DSLR cameras first began the flash cards would overheat since it was encoding so much data in real time, so you would only be able to shoot for 5-6-7 minutes then have to cut to another camera.GoPro knows their Hero 8, 9 and 10 will NOT record more than that amount of time because the batteries overheat. Instead of coming up with actual solutions they blame you for not having the camera set up properly or offer an exchange of a new camera, that will just do the same thing. The camera was used for my nephews wedding and on the lowest settings only recording in 1080 format, not 2 or 4K and not at the highest frame rates. This was purposefully done on my part to avoid problems. But the batteries even overheat at the most simple settings which require the least amount of power from the batteries. There are work-around ways to resolve the issue, like putting a nearly depleted battery in the camera and then hooking up and external power source to it. Either a different battery or plugged into an outlet. The camera shut down and I missed all the important details at the wedding. While I was extremely let down and frustrated I still considered keeping the camera for an upcoming youtube channel. However, I responded to a GoPro email asking for my review of the camera. I didn't flame them but gave a realistic review of how they have let people down knowing there is a battery problem but not being accountable for it. Then they respond taking even less accountability and say they stick by their camera and essentially blame me. I did go beyond 30 days, like around 40 when I asked for a full refund of the camera and all accessories and extra batteries which was $657. They basically told me to go pound sand offered a new camera but since I'd gone beyond the manufacturer's warranty there was NOTHING they could do.I would have given them a lower review but in all fairness the camera is indeed a good camera, but not the best. If they were only more ethical company it would be a 4-5 star review.

Appalling customer service. Bought game on steam several years ago. Can’t get it to verify. Have had ‘ticket’ for well over a month. Genuinely think they try to insult your intelligence by not reading your replies. Don’t buy Ubisoft games - you will regret it.

Deceptive sales practice after trial period. I specifically logged in before my trial ended to cancel the auto renewal feature on my Bloomberg dashboard but it was still auto-renewed. Apparently despite having that feature, YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT to have such a simple thing cancelled. If you have been charged a year, too bad you would never get a refund. Not even a pro-rated one because as they say it, this is their terms and conditions.

I love the huge selection Redbubble has. There is so much unique art. You can find just about anything you’d want. The quality of things I’ve ordered; clocks, t-shirts, stickers, coffee mugs, etc has always been wonderful. Shipping is quick. I’ve never had to make a return so I can’t speak on that.

The fine print and little... 'Oh you didn't see that'...that meant I was left with a poor taste of Google Fi! I've been doing reviews on Google long enough to have 6 almost 7 stars and 3,700+ points. Then, Google Fi sends me a FREE offer worth $195 because I've been... a great contributor....In three words... They got me... in the fine print, which I'm pretty sure that print was just dust particles on my screen ??? Anyway, I made the HUGE mistake, when offered by Google Fi's money producing machine, of choosing the second choice. I chose, "sure give me a new number in the 803 area code"!!Well, long story short, besides being forced a 839 area code, I got a bill a few days later for $72 and change!!!?!?!So much for my FREE $195 gift!?! Buyer beware is my lesson.... there is no free lunch, even from rich corporations like google. Worse is when you feel TRICKED out of your money under the 'guise' of "you've been awarded.... Whatever". For years I've been helping Google out of the gratitude of my heart and TIME! Shame on Google and me. Hopefully, people will just get their plan directly from T-Mobile. Don't be tricked link I was, stay away from Google Fi and their so called Free gifts, with fine print!!!
