So frustrated with nonsensical policies

So frustrated. We trialled this with a view to getting a paid subscription. As a charity we wanted to send an email to MPs about two bills. Our recipient list was first rejected because someone else had a similar list. Well of course- I’m sure many organisations have such lists. When it was escalated to the compliance team they endorsed the original decision but on the basis that the MPs needed to consent to be emailed. No they don’t. It is implicit In their role. Seriously guys this is utterly ridiculous. Nonsensical. And also clearly contradictory because someone else appears to also be using the list. What an utter waste of time.

They must give the subscriptions away to DELL (and maybe others) so that customers will think they are getting a great deal. WRONG. Constant pop ups and annoying behaviors ... even after the "one year free" period is over. Thanks goodness DELL did not give them my credit card number. ZERO stars for the product but a full one star for being able to uninstall it.

i use too live for espn i mean every waking hour i was either listening or watching it whats my favorite station espn lately the radio side has completely gone too the dumps you keep making changes i was good with greeny and golic but greeny not very nice so they didnt get along then greeny does get up of which sucks but at least theres golic and on golic nah you dont like them but they are easily the best so far then you replace with keyshawn johnson come on he aint goin cut it put a husband and wife duo on there too boot boring i listen too limbaugh now and i hate too listen too him but it tells you the dispair of decisions you keep making i miss danny kannell he was funny but you axed him too your radio station sucks now and use to be the best out there i miss listening all day but cant stand too hear these i got the credentials to do this job commentators they all suck bring back golic and kannell

I love CNN But I don’t get some shows

I love CNN But I don’t get the show “Funny You Should Ask “ I don’t think #1 it’s funny Nor the 2 “side kicks” of the show who are .#1 not funny nor not any questions I would ask. Also I find the numbers guy is really annoying and who cares about his numbers. He babbles on about polls and stuff that not relevant. I guess they have to find things to fill up their time. And yet another thing who cares about Rich 2nd banana actors and they being paid to traipse around the world. That would make me laugh all the way to the bank

Something going in the Ann Arbor Best Buy Store

I ordered an Insignia TV (Best Buy Brand) on Amazon, that arrived with a missing stand. I went to the Ann Arbor store to see if they had it for sale or to talk to Geek Squad to see if they had one in a box somewhere. I was sent to electronics who said they had no stands. I asked to go to the Geek Squad and the employee refused to point out the area they were at, she asked if I had an appointment, and when I insisted, she left and sent another employee who came and started to speak to me in a hostile and disrespectful manner. Of course, I had to put on my stern face. He still did not give me the information. My grandson who was with me wanted to look at some VR headsets, but I did not feel safe in the store and exited. Some years ago it was a nice store and the employees were nice. But the ambiance in that store was strange and not welcoming.

Brand new customer

Brand new customer. Went to fund my account and kept getting some cryptic error message. Tried emailing support. Automated email reply said I had to reply to the email if I wanted actual support. By the fifth reply with subsequent "you need to reply to this email" responses, I deleted my venmo account and cut up the card. Horrible experience, glad I never funded the account. Boy they were quick to get me my final $0 statement though.

Paying the money, being harassed, and ending up with no refund and no item!! I ordered an item online, and it arrived damaged. I followed their instructions to send it back for a replacement. After returning it via UPS, I contacted customer service to follow up since it was supposed to be a birthday gift. During the chat, I shockingly received an email canceling my order—canceled by the person I was chatting with! He admitted the mistake but assured me I'd still get my replacement. Despite having all chat transcripts reference numbers and UPS delivery proof, they later claimed the request was canceled and refused to refund or send the replacement. Unacceptable!

Review of onenote

Perfect for facilitating virtual groups

I've been facilitating virtual groups through OneNote and it has worked brilliantly. I prep for the meeting by creating a tab for the session, and pages for the agenda items. I insert notes, blank diagrams, blank tables on those pages...anything I'm planning to fill in during the session. I bring up OneNote on my iPad, I share my Zoom screen with my iPad, and I have a virtual whiteboard where I can draw, circle, underline, crossout...anything I'm am facilitating. I also bring up the same "notebook" on my PC where I can type onto pages. OneNote syncs everything behind the scenes, so it as if I'm doing everything from one device. I love it.

I will NEVER buy another HP product…

I will NEVER buy another HP product after my experience with the HP ENVY 6032e printer. It is undoubtedly the worst piece of office equipment I have ever had and the service from HP is just disgraceful. It is nothing more than a means to harvest money via instant ink subscriptions from a credit card - HP have a system whereby they can remotely tell your printer to stop printing if you cancel your subscription - so all the Instant Ink cartridges sitting on your shelf are now useless as the printer has been told not to work if they are installed.

I recently switched to JotForm.com, and it has greatly improved my form capture process. Unlike my previous tool, JotForm offers flexibility and a comprehensive set of features beyond surveys. However, there is one aspect where I believe JotForm could enhance its offering.One thing that I wish JotForm could do better is their tier limits. Currently, the pricing structure may not be optimal for all users, especially those, like myself, who are subscribed to the gold package. It would be beneficial if JotForm could provide more competitive pricing options or offer higher tier limits within the same subscription cost.That being said, JotForm's standout feature is still its ability to create online embedded forms with automated reporting, seamlessly integrating into workflows. Crypto.com company - very poor service

I have lost access to my app on my phone. I contacted them via chat.crypto.com & it's been 4 days now & I keep getting the same, stupid replies like "your account is being reviewed" or "the request has been processed" etc......I did a video for verification, whilst holding my passport & stated what they wanted me to say for proof that it was me.I have given them all the information that they need, my telephone number, email address, ID etc & yet I still wait.They said they had sent an email to my address. I never got it! I gave them an alternative email....they said there was a telephone number on my account, that wasn't my number, so I said to remove it & gave them the correct number.....so, all they have to do is update the telephone number & the email address as they have my video for verification purposes & that should be it.....4 days on.....nothing!!Very, very poor company for customer service....they can't give you a timespam or anything! I could still be waiting by March 2025.This is the worst comapny I have ever dealt with!!!!

Coursera does not respond to emails

I enrolled in a cybersecurity course, and things went well for a while. I was just over half way through the course. But I was using an authenticator app to log in and didn't back it up. That's on me. When my phone died suddenly, I was able to remove authenticator access to every app and account I had except Coursera. I can't log in to finish my course, and Coursera won't respond to email requests to help reinstate my access to the course. Been trying for a week now. Zilch, zada, nada. My course is now as dead in the water as my phone.

Quick fix of a broken link

Sent out an email campaign late Friday afternoon, with one link that didn't work. CampaignMonitor were able to quickly change the link destination so that those that opened the email going forward would be sent to the right place. Saved me from having to send a dreaded 'Sorry that email contained a broken link' follow-up!

I've been using the service for almost a year now. Everything is fine. The interface is convenient, clear, simple. Withdrawal of funds is reliable, without failures (once a week, on Wednesdays). The tech support is really helpful.A good and concise payment interface, which is very positively perceived by customers. The client does not need to go through any registration process. It just opens a payment form with a couple of input fields. Card data is entered in one line (as for me - beautifully thought out).There is notification by mail about various events: purchase, subscription, etc.Has its own API. So you can fully automate order processing.There are no problems with payment for customers. The commission is quite reasonable. For difficult cases, the site interface provides the ability to make a refund.In short, good service, try it.
