Paying the money, being harassed, and ending up with no refund and no item!! I ordered an item online, and it arrived damaged. I followed their instructions to send it back for a replacement. After returning it via UPS, I contacted customer service to follow up since it was supposed to be a birthday gift. During the chat, I shockingly received an email canceling my order—canceled by the person I was chatting with! He admitted the mistake but assured me I'd still get my replacement. Despite having all chat transcripts reference numbers and UPS delivery proof, they later claimed the request was canceled and refused to refund or send the replacement. Unacceptable!
