awful possibly criminal fraud

awful, i paid for one expensive item £400+ and they sent me a cheaper older item that had a sticker on top of the original correct label, with the newer label giving false info. it took time and installation products to install, only when i had to do diagnostics to see why it wasnt performing did i see what they had done. It was shipped by amazon, from amazon warehouse, amazon fake sticker with wrong info, amazon discounted, paid to amazon - they basically said nothing to do with them - i pointed out it could actually be a mistake or a crime/scam going on in their warehouse and many people wouldn't realise, they could be doing this to others and their own stock, the guy said he doesnt care about uk law despite not living in the uk, but hes confident amazon terms and conditions remove their need to obey uk laws!!!! and also that there is no one at amazon above him or with more authority than him. its really hard to even find a way to voice chat to anyone there, the first girl couldnt do more than read off a script poorly and hung up on me.

Pain to sign up to newsletters for a personal domain

Tried to sign up to a newsletter but couldn't. Contacted the site admin who said AWeber were blocking it. Got in contact with them and they said they weren't blocking it, and asked for screenshots. Sent them the screenshots and they then said they had unblocked it. I asked why it was blocked because I own the domain, and as far as I am aware, I have been the only owner. They refused to elaborate further. So I have no idea why they decided to block me, if they're going to do so again in future, if they've just unblocked a single address or the entire domain, etc. Just seems ridicculous to have so much secrecy around signing up to a newslettter.

I will just forward you the letter as I’ve tried to explain this many times and now Drained.This site is a complete scam. this is the complaint letter I sent them so you sort of get it.Yesterday, I decided to try and book through your site as to get away after a relation passing away. I made the booking but for some reason I managed to cancel it while I was trying to correct the booking. Maybe it’s because I was a bit stressed or whatever.I rang your company and I mean in seconds minutes.And ask them what they could do As I still wanted to go to this booking. They told me, don’t worry, they’ll get in touch with the Hotel to try sorted it shouldn’t be a problem. I waited on the phone when they tried to ring they says no answer and that they’ll send an email. I rang the hotel myself and they were quite puzzled by all. I rang yourselves four times last night and the Hotel. different people the same response. Don’t worry, we’ll keep trying. I managed to get in touch with the hotel manager this morning and was quite shocked to hear that nobody has been in touch with them. There was no email sent. There was no reservation or cancellation. there was no attempt to try and rebook that was promised by your site. And there was definitely rooms left. That’s a different story than you were telling me all last night and this morning. it’s very sad that I didn’t get to go on this. I don’t think it’s right you get to keep hold of that money. because I made a simple mistake and tried to correct it in minutes. I could understand if I tried a couple hours later, but I’m talking minutes seconds I rang the company. Surely you should allowing for mistakes and that’s the whole point of having a customer service number. I’m really disappointed in this and we never use this site again. And I feel like taking this further to be honest with you. Regards, they make promises and don’t follow it through. I don’t think these people deserve to hold onto my money when they made no attempt of a simple mistake. and then they completely cut you off. Please take my face don’t use the Scam site.

Zillow-So big they don't have to care about little ole you

I am a property manager/leasing agent. Zillow completely locked my account abruptly with zero message/notification as to why or how to resolve it.... "Customer service" if you can call it that, is minimalist via email only, and what you do get is extremely slow, terrible, and barely helpful once they do respond. This shows Zillow is so big, they don't have to really care about your puny little insignificant problem at all.A message regarding the details of why the account was locked, how to go about getting it resolved, and more responsive and personable customer service options would go a long way here.Too bad Zillow is as big as it is... There are no comparable alternatives, they know this, and it has gone to their heads.Update: A day later and after a robotically heartless and unapologizing email initially asking for proof we own the building or are authorized to list it for rent, and the proof being submitted to them immediately, there has been no response back as of yet and the account is still locked.

I'd give a minus 100 if I could

I'd give a minus 100 if I could. Worst customer service ever. I was given a laptop which was already faulty and nobody who would help or fix the issue. I had to call 6 times, and every time they would give me different reasons. Twice I was told I would be called back to check if the issue persisted, and they never did. Appalling. Don't buy HP!!!!

The money did not arrive and on coinbase they write that the status is Delivered But money didn’t come to Crypto com Terrible app NO USE a bunch of crooks fit for court!!

AbeBooks: Stop Using OSM Worldwide

I would like to order from AbeBooks but the delivery service they use, OSM Worldwide is awful. Books sit for many days at OSM before they are sent to USPS. It can take up to 2 weeks to get delivery to my home even if the bookseller is within a few hours drive. Hoping AbeBooks will stop using OSM Worldwide.
