I have been working with Deezer on all the issues I have been having but find the sound quality, while great is not worth the frustrations. They can not get my country of residence right I have had to contact the numerous times to get it switched so I don't lose my tracks. However they seem to be able to consistently charge me the higher subscription rate. So we know where their priorities are and it is not with content.Other problems are chronic errors where the music will stop mid-song and I must move to the next track and then back to the one I was listening. They can't seem to get this fixed. The support sucks. There is no continuity working on these problems with me. I must restate the problem each time I contact them. And must shame them on Facebook to get any kind of meaningful response.I will stay with Spotify. I have none of these problems with them. The sound quality is just not worth their incompetence.

AWS has extremely talented support and the products are great. No, it's not the easiest to figure out what is best for your needs and stuff like that, but creating a ticket will help you with that. I've always experienced great support with clear answers and further explanations if asked for. After my free tier EC2 instance expired, with the help of the well written articles I was able to downgrade my instance without any issues. 5/5 from me!

Cancel subscription after being scammed for the last 3-weeks waiting for a reply on subscription numbers that they do not supply changing from the old app to the new app still no communication after 5 emails a few reviews the People's paper obviously not for the people!

Flipkart has worst customer services.they won't listen to the customer.they loot them and never send their money back even if they deliver non matching product than what shown in pictures .therefor The worst site is Flipkart. Amazon is as compared very good

Terrible customer experience. They lost my Macbook Air package but kept saying they'd guarantee it would be there by the last guaranteed delivery date and then sent me back and forth between them and UPS to try to find it. UPS didn't/never had it so I'd go back to Best Buy and they'd say "It got picked up, we're positive it'll be there today". It never arrived and, from what I can tell, UPS never got it. This was an item I needed urgently so I drove a ways to pick it up at the closest store that had it in stock and by that point, it was more expensive. I reached out to Best Buy to get a price difference match since the item would've been over $100 less if they hadn't messed up and I've been being thrown around for a week of this and was finally told today no. I have never feIt so unheard and like my time was so undervalued as a customer.

I'm very happy with Spotify. I signed up for a free account when it first launched, but got annoyed by the regular ads, eventually I decided to sign up for a premium account and have been using it on my iPhone and Mac ever since. I am now paying for a family plan so my family can also use it as well. Love it! The service is great and Spotify appear to be one of the shrinking number of companies who still respect free speech, which I think is extremely important. Let's hope it stays that way and I will stick with them.

If you value your business continuity don't switch to Brain Tree. As a Controller of a large corporation we moved over to brain tree in August. We recently had an issue where they wanted to review one of our customer. Brain Tree contacted us 3 days after they held all!! deposits!!! We provided all the information requested. Their Customer Service was Horrible emails go unanswered for days. It has been 2 + Week since the initial hold and we have not been able to speak to anyone by phone.
