Gone downhill over the years

Gone downhill over the years. They have made it near impossible to get through to their customer service department. If I try the chat option it just keeps sending me in a loop without getting the support/answers I need. This is due to limited options on their system. If I try the call back option it just ends the call. They used to be really good years ago but I have noticed a rapid decline. I simply want to return an item and made a wasted trip to the post office today as the label they have provided doesn’t work. Absolute joke!!!

Overpriced, and new costs whenever you check your account.If a 0 was possible, I'd give it, but the best I can do is say, go elsewhere.Start off with the point that things cost money... But when you hide those costs until after the holiday is booked, that's not on.A £3,500 cruise, +£100 per person per day (9 days) for drinks, +£15 per person per day gratuity randomly added, +£25 for bottled water, and average excursion of £120 per person per outing. What was a “cheap” (their words) RC holiday, is now going to be almost double the original cost. And we've not even sailed yet.PS RC, a gratuity is a kindness given by someone receiving a service, not an expected part of a service, it is not my problem that you don’t pay your staff as much as they deserve and I will tip who I chose rather than having a forced tip added to my room.All of this on top of the original website bug that meant I had to add my husband back onto my room even though he was added as part of the booking process… Something that they were originally planning on charging me to do and tried charging almost an extra £1000 because “the room price had gone up since I booked” the two days before.

Money hungry ad scroungers

Hulu is absolutely absurd when it comes to advertisements. 3 minutes screen time and then a minute and a half of ads. I mean seriously, how are you to enjoy anything without having enough time to actually watch it? I have never in my life seen any app that imposes nearly as many ads. I understand the company gets paid for ads but come on... you already charge an absurd monthly fee for Hulu. So you make millions off customer accounts, you then feel the need to make an absurd amount of money off advertisements as well?? Your a money scrounging company and should technically be shut down.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Frequent Losses and Poor Handling of Fragile Packages. We’ve been using Fedex to send packages to shops, for the past months and unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing. Out of every 2 to 4 shipments, one or two packages go missing, even when we take great care to pack them professionally, especially the fragile items. It’s frustrating and unacceptable for a company that claims to offer reliable service. What’s worse, they often mark parcels as “delivered” when they clearly haven’t been. We’ve had to deal with confused recipients and unhappy customers because of these false delivery updates. Recently, Fedex also refused to take responsibility for damaged or undelivered parcels, claiming they won’t compensate us, even when it’s clearly their fault.We trusted ParcelHero with our business deliveries, but their service has become unreliable, and their customer support does little to help when things go wrong. Very disappointing.

Such a joke!!

They offer a postage service with insurance that doesn't even cover the value of the items I sold. A pair of like-new Jordans I sold were lost in the post and Depop refunded the buying in full and refunded me £20 for the lost items!!! Such a joke

Thumbtack is scam company

Thumbtack is scam company. They charge your money for fake customers which not responding. You pay for air!Google covers this company because, as I know, Google bought it.Furthermore, they steal your money from your card without permission when they ended on your Thumbtack account. Don't trust them. You will not earn money here, will work almost free

Excellent quality on ordered samples

I have ordered four t-shirt samples so far and the print quality and t-shirt quality is outstanding. What I have received so far are items that I would be proud to sell in my online shop and if I were the customer, I would be happy with the quality of my purchase. I can’t wait to order samples of some of the other products so that I can start selling those as well.Shipping is pretty good as well considering that it’s POD.
