I have been working with Deezer on all the issues I have been having but find the sound quality, while great is not worth the frustrations. They can not get my country of residence right I have had to contact the numerous times to get it switched so I don't lose my tracks. However they seem to be able to consistently charge me the higher subscription rate. So we know where their priorities are and it is not with content.Other problems are chronic errors where the music will stop mid-song and I must move to the next track and then back to the one I was listening. They can't seem to get this fixed. The support sucks. There is no continuity working on these problems with me. I must restate the problem each time I contact them. And must shame them on Facebook to get any kind of meaningful response.I will stay with Spotify. I have none of these problems with them. The sound quality is just not worth their incompetence.
