Review of chase

If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! My husband opened an account with chasr bank, with the intentions of investing. When he did an online deposit of two of his paychecks, chase marked them as fraudulent. Upon calling chase to fix the issue, they openly admitted it was a mistake on THEIR part. The department of treasury never marked the checks as fraudulent, chase mistakenly did it. Their quality assurance phone call recordings can verify their confession of wrong doing. My husband was informed that HE would need to take multiple steps to rectify the issue when it was chase banks fault and chase employees faults. He called numerous times trying to fix the issue, and get his $3k+ money that was being help hostage. Instead of helping my husband, they sent him in circles only to finally close his account without his approval. So not only did my husband NEVER get his money back, chase bank decided to close his account without informing him ahead of time. Furthermore, they suggested that my husband figure out how to get new checks issued, after they marked them fraudulent. This is absolutely unacceptable of such a large banking company!

Review of temu

Do not order from temu

Do not order from temu. On the 23rd June, I order 13 items for my child's trip and only 12 items came, and the item that did not come was the most important item which was a sleeping bag. You might be wondering why I did not return/refund it but I couldn't because the trip was in five days and I know you are slow in delivery. So now I am going to use Amazon and buy. Temu once again you have let me down.

Review of squarespace

No Response from Customer Service

A week ago my business website disappeared from the web. I was notified by a customer that could not get onto my site to book a service. I was placed #2 in queue. it took almost an hour before someone came online. I was told that the problem was fixed almost immediately. I checked before leaving the chat session and noticed that the site was still offline. The rep then said he found the problem, ( one that was supposedly fixed months ago during another chat session) and assured me he would take care of the issue. Since that chat, which was almost a week ago, I haven't been able to get back into the queue to speak with anyone. The site is still down. I've sent in 4 "tickets" to have the issue looked at and haven't received a single response from squarespace. My customers are unable to use the site to book services so I'm losing money every day the site is down.

Review of outlook

Too slow!!!

We have bee forced to turn Hotmail into Outlook and this seems really bad to me... I was satisfied with my Hotmail mail account and now I have to cope with this slow and not efficient system... I am really disappointed, I wish I could go back to the previous version.

Censorship where before was a golden standard

Used to be a golden standard. Now they're taking down my reviews of interviews or jobs claiming policy violations when there's nothing more than "it took 2 weeks, I got a template rejection".It's clear they've lost all the agency they previously had and just have to comply with the big companies.A pity.I'll stop contributing with my experiences.

Watching The Tudors

Watching The Tudors. Well done for cutting out scenes which you have deemed inappropriate, you've just spoilt it. Yet, you keep all the sex scenes in. Hypocrites. Don't you think it would be more appropriate to keep everything the way it was originally intended and put a warning before the programme like everyone else does? How very woke and pc you have become. Also, what's with the adverts at key points in programmes, it's ridiculous and irritating. And, sick of the programme starting, can hear the audio, yet it's buffering and no visual can be seen. Your judgement is flawed and so is your app.

Review of capterra

I didn't think it would be real at first, so I just did one review... simple process, it only took me about 5 minutes... Then I just went on with my life, never expecting to hear from them again... but guess what? A couple days later I got an email saying my review had been approved, and there was my 10 dollar gift card!! I spent it and everything! I chose the visa gift card, because its more universal. Then I was asked to go back and do up to 10 more reviews at 10.00 each!! All in Capterra made sure I got 110.00 in Visa Gift Cards... literally 5 minutes each review, and viola!! I will recommend this company to every single person I meet!! Thank you!

Review of wellsfargo

Zero professionalism

I am a Real Estate broker, representing the Seller in a real estate transaction. The buyer elected to use Wells Fargo for their financing. After the contract was submitted to Wells Fargo so that they could begin working on the file, the file sat in limbo (from 7/21 - 8/13) before being sent to processing. The buyer's agent and myself both tried to contact the bank on multiple occasions to get an update, only to NEVER get a response. Finally on 8/7, I received an email from the loan officer stating that she had been out of the office for health reasons. I never got an out of office message and apparently there was no back-up taking care of her workload while she was out. After an additional week of no updates, I reached out to the branch manager and was told that they would escalate the file, but that they couldn't really talk to me about any details, as I wasn't the buyer or their agent. Keep in mind, I was not asking for any specific NPI or buyer details, but only enough information to pass along and set an expectation for my Seller. My Seller was counting on this deal to close on time, as she was taking a new job in Texas and was originally supposed to be there on 8/27. The whole reason she was selling her home to begin with. Finally, Wells Fargo sent the documentation to the closing attorney, stating that closing would be set for 9/13. When pressed to try and escalate, Wells Fargo told the closing attorney that they could possibly move closing up to 9/10, but he never heard back from them.On 9/12, all of the sudden each of the signatures that Wells Fargo had on the documents we provided all "disappeared", at which point they requested the documents be re-signed. After sending and re-sending the same exact documents, FINALLY, they saw the signatures. At 9:15 pm the night before closing, the loan officer sent out an email stating that there had been a "miscommunication" and that the file was still in underwriting, pending approval. Closing could not occur the next day and it would have to be sometime the following week.At this point, I escalated to the Office of the President at Wells Fargo and received a call from Nicholas Franck. Apparently an executive "Resolution Specialist". After being presented with the evidence showing that Wells Fargo had dropped the ball, he essentially washed his hands of the situation and was sure to tell me that, while unfortunate, Wells Fargo doesn't really care about the impact to the Seller because they are not Wells Fargo's customer. He also went as far as stating that he felt Wells Fargo did a great job because all they could see is that the application was started on 8/13 and that they were able to get it clear to close in 30 days. He refused to acknowledge the PROOF I sent him showing that the application was completed on 7/7/18 and that the contract was sent to the LO on 7/21.He did volunteer to coordinate a closing for my Seller, as she could no longer wait to start her new job in Texas. He stated that it would be easy for them to set up a closing for her when she got there. I told him that we would need for him to take care of coordinating her closing, but I had to send two additional emails and leave an additional voicemail for him because he did not respond. When Nicholas finally DID call me back, he volunteered no help at all, simply stating "Wells Fargo only needs one document from your Seller and the closing attorney already has it. Try to get it worked out with them".If you are a home Buyer, steer clear. If you are a home Seller, I urge that you CAREFULLY consider any offers you receive from a buyer who wishes to use Wells Fargo. If you are a real estate broker, I suggest you consider recommending one of your other preferred lenders. After a 14 year career in mortgage and banking and over 45 Real Estate transactions as a RE Broker over the past 2.5 years, this was BY FAR the worst transaction I have ever been a part of. The way way Wells Fargo handled it was embarrassingly poor.

Will always grab my refurbs from them.

I've been ordering parts and PC's from Newegg for over 10 years now. Never seen one faulty part or PC for me or any of my friends and family, even the open-box and refurbished ones. Never had a single shipping screw up that I can recall either.
