Extremely poor customer service. Customer service is unavailable unless a reservation is made. Any reference to an (International) phone nr asks for a booking nr, or you will be disconnected. Chat option is mentioned. There is none! Email is mentioned. There is none! I spent more than 30 min searching for options to contact customer services, no result.Then you get a standardised message to go to your personal account and contact customer service. There is no option! They don't read!

Google appears to have ditched Google.co.uk This now means I cannot search effectively for products in the US unless I mess with settings each time.It also means I can no longer search for items with Wikipedia in the result.Truly abysmal, utter junk.I suggest everyone find themselves a better search engine than this dross.

I had ordered HP 15 Core i5 7th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home/2 GB Graphics) 15g-br011TX Laptop (15.6 inch, SIlver, 2.1 kg).last week.And was very excited initially.Orders OD110281609674103000The excitement did not live long,thanks to flipkart.1) They tried delivering (22/09/17)it as was an exchange delivery and the person who came to pick up my old laptop did not know who to verify, if my old laptop was good for exchange,so they differed delivery on that day2)There was a technical guy suppose to visit me to review the exchanged laptop on 28th sep3) 2 days before the said review of the exchanged item on 26th sep - My order automatically got canceled 4) On enquiry I found out that the courier partner had cancled the orderI will never try to refer or shop at flipkart again

I have been a member for around a year. Connection problems abound.Today's one is a new one. It is saying that DisneyPlus is not available in my region. The help pages are useless, all it says is to turn off VPN, I am not using a VPN to watch DP. I am in a queue, where I am number 98!!!I get the exact same messages from 3 mobile phones all on data roaming so not using my home broadband. There is no information on service status on the disneyplus website. So you have no idea what is going on.

After I canceled my subscription they still tried to charge my card like every few days. The past month they tried to charge my card 18 times. This is after I cancelled my subscription. Thank God I use a prepaid card for stuff like this, otherwise they would have got me for a lot of money. I finally got on the help chat and asked them to stop charging my card over and over. Then the person said….it looks like the subscription plan your email is associated with has been cancelled (yea so why anre you still trying to charge my card??) and then they gave me a refund for one of the months I did pay. Is this not like illegal for companies to do? Can they really charge you over and over and over? I was going to post pictures of my bank statement to show all the charges but I can’t post pics on here I guess.

I ordered a refrigerator online to be delivered. They promised me it would be delivered in 3 days. Next day I got an email saying it was back ordered and it would be over 3 weeks for delivery. I waited. By my delivery date I had heard nothing and when I called I was told it was still back ordered and would be another month. I canceled the order and they tried to cheat me on my refund. I had to contact corporate before I got my full refund. What a nightmare! Never again will I shop best buy!!!!!

We have been members of the NT for more than 10 years. Last week I cancelled my membership. I feel sad about it, but the current way of doing things does not work. We have been trting to book a visit since they finally reopened, and have been unsuccessful. So quite frankly I am paying and am supposed to continue to pay for nothing. We enjoyed our visits and even made a point on each occasion (all 5 of us!) to buy something to eat. More often than not incredibly over priced but hey ho - it is for a good cause so we didn't mind. I do.nkt understand why gardens etc cannot open properly. The grounds of many places are massive. Some common sense would sort things out, instead it is the typical over reaction of over zealous management. I wish it were different but the NT is really not fit for purpose. I have let them know via email. They were sorry I was not renewing my membership. Well - so am I !

I took a screen shot, it took 18 mins of back and forth via chat to get them to cancel my subscription. I finally had to get a little rude. They do this on purpose. You cannot "click to cancel" like you can most other content subscriptions. Be warned!Content was ok, but they aren't breaking any stories here or deviating from the macro media narrative shared by many other major news sources.

I’ve been a victim of a scam. Coinbase are not acting very professional. In fact they are allowing scammers to use their platform because they are not interested in supporting the victims. Told me to report to the FBI in the US and My local government. Which I’ve done and that’s it. The company is in breach, no duty of care was given to me by Coinbase. I’ve been on the chat all day about this and it’s only now that I’ve done this I finally get a response. The company is in breach they have fraudulently allowed transactions to be released to a persons that wasn’t me. Now Coinbase has let an illegal transaction operate without my permission. Therefore you are countable for the transaction release. So you do need to recover the funds in order to balance your account as the assets was not present or physical given to myself.

I am so disappointed and shocked at Bing.The support is appalling, try ringing it you will get (I) they pick up the phone and then cut it off before you get to speak and you have to ring and go on hold again (ii) it says an agent will be with you soon then it goes silent and after approx. 4 minutes they cut you off or I left it for 10 minutes and then they cut it off. They claim there is an English call number but it goes through to India and you get the same appling incidents.We spend a considerable amount of money with Google and decided to try out Bing, from day one the experience with Bing was poor. The export from Google they tried did not work it did not bring every advert and adgroup across, which is very serious.The Negative keyword function only allows you to import 500 at a time then it got stuck and would not let me change from phrase to exact, plus they do not warn you that when you import negatives from Google they do not support broad match so I changes them to phrase which is very dangerous I am now having to work through 1000 negatives.When you try to complain they either hang up or no one want to take ownership of your account or issues. It has been over 10 years since I experienced customer service as poor as this and I cannot believe a company’s big as Microsoft can treat customers so badly, it is clear they have so much money we do not matter. Google is so much more professional and seem to give a damn about their customers, don't forget we are trying to give them money and they treat us like this so how helpful would they be if we had an issue...this is just my opinion based on my real disappointing experience, what a waste of time.4 days later and 4.5 hours wasted on useless support chat still no progress...It is interesting how they have not bothered to respond to any of these poor reviews and disappointed customers, It says a lot about them.

The driver arrived at my pick up address, i informed him where i needed to go. The driver was lost. He told me that he was given this address and the destination should be here. I told him its near City Hospital, he said that was a few miles away, i was very angry and upset. I phoned up DG cars they informed i had to pay the driver what was on the meter even though it was their fault. I had to pay extra £11! That was discusting, i will never be using DG Cars again, i was a regular customer.

This is a total scam exchange get your money off here as quickly as possible. The customer support is terrible and there are no phone number you can contact to actual speak to a human being and you can only speak with AI bots run very far from this exchange.
