I had spent a great deal of time researching the right steam mop that would help the carer of a vulnerable relative and placed my order on Amazon on the 1 May. The delivery date wasn't clear so a couple of weeks in to my order I called up Amazon and asked them to confirm a delivery date or else I would have to cancel and order urgently elsewhere. The person at Amazon I spoke to assured me that I need not cancel and to hold on as she stated the delivery date would be June 15. Based on trust I waited. I decided to call up two days ago as the orders page now stated it would arrive not on June 15 but much later in Novemeber! No one from Amazon let me know that. When I called them up asking if that was an error on their page they told me, I wouldn't get the mop sooner. Not happy at all with this!! When I asked to escalete they told me I couldn't as I was speaking to the overall manager. However when I emailed them I was told by someone there that they had escalated the issue stating they would take the expereince I had and learn lessons, not that they would try to make it right or offer a reasonable remedy.....very unhappy with all this!!!!!

The company suffered a major data breach in June 2020. I discovered this on the haveibeenpwned website. I discovered this via a tweet the police provided for people to check their security. This website says personal information that were breached through Wattpad were Bios, Dates of birth, Email addresses, Genders, Geographic locations, IP addresses, Names, Passwords, Social media profiles, User website URLs, Usernames. I had not been contacted by Wattpad of the situation.

I have been a customer of Chase Bank for approximately six years and have generally been satisfied with the customer service provided. While I primarily use the online app and visit the bank infrequently, I have encountered some limitations with Chase regarding credit-building options. Specifically, they do not offer secured loans or secured credit cards, which are important for my financial goals. As a result, I am considering transitioning to a credit union for better support in this area.

I've been with BigCommerce for many years now and am very pleased. Their tech support is prompt, their platform is stable, their website and admin back end as a whole is very efficient and good value for money. I came from a WordPress cart, good God never again - don't touch them with a barge pole, so BigCommerce were a dream after that nightmare. My only grumble is there are lots of small things that could be improved but despite their town halls and forums, it takes a while for customer suggestions to be implemented, if they are taken up at all. My one complaint is when you choose and add "you can also buy this" products to up-sell from another product, the site shows you products that are out of stock, and you could unwittingly attach them if you don't realise they are out of stock. This is a pretty simple and obvious error IMO and I wish they'd address it as I sell hundreds of products and don't always know which ones have gone out of stock! I raised this on their forum and heard northing back :(

Booked three rooms in a hotel in Baltimore. Arrived to find that the hotel was principally for weekly tenants who may have been placed there by City agencies. No towels or toilet tissue in our rooms. Mouse traps under the beds. Dangerous experience. Traveling with 3 young children. Left immediately. Hotels.com would not provide any relief. Made it the sole responsibility of the property even though the listing on the hotels.com site led one to believe that the property was acceptable. Terrible company. Would not book anything with them.

I missed paying my renewal because of a long illness, and they put my domain name on a kind of suspension, freeze for months.I sent them multiple messages explaining and asking if I could pay, and apologised. But their multiple replies were, Please explain (which I did, so many times), and Please login and pay (which I tried so many times). Without success.After months of trying and sending them messages, I gave up.Now they want 30X what I had initially paid. For an unusual domain name that will never be bought. But they are betting on me buying it again. Thats what they do. Disgusting company.Its an absolute con, and terrible way to treat customers.Stay clear of Namecheap.Update to Namecheaps response below.Take a hike Namecheap. I ordered a pair of boots from Macys.com. They didn't arrive. Called Macys.com and was told that the boots must have been lost. They would send another pair. I asked the rep if they have my size because on the website it said they were out. "Yes mam, we have your size". Waited, never received. Called again. They said: "Mam they haven't gone out because we don't have your size." I requested they cancel the order. "Yes mam the order has been canceled. Give it 3 - 5 days to post." Never posted. Called and asked to speak to a manager. Manager gets on the phone. I explained what was going on (speaking in a firm but normal tone of voice). She hangs up on me. Called the credit card company and they called Macys.com. The refund was never processed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU END UP NEEDING HELP THEY WILL LIE!

Capital one is by far the worst credit card company that I've ever tried to deal with. Their customer service is pretty much non-existant. They make it so difficult to use your points, see account activity, or pretty much do anything. The blocked me from using both the app and online site because my card number didn't match what they had. They issued a card that I did not ask for in my name without my permission and locked me out of all activities unless I activated that card, yet they were still taking money from my bank account. I filed two BBB complaints against them and they ignored them. I couldn't get help online and it took 7 or 8 phone calls before I finally got someone that would help close my account. I fought with them for over a year with no resolution. If this isn't credit card fraud then I don't know what is. Capital one is frankly a criminal orginization that should be shut down. They are a total scam. Stay away

Why do you keep using SEUR ? Should have had a delivery yesterday, half of it arrived, useless without the other half. Today had a sms from SEUR, delivery in the next few minutes it said. An hour later checking the tracking, they had a problem with delivery. The problem was my address they said. Looks like they had a van breakdown. Why do they lie ? The whole idea of tracking is to keep you informed. Absolutely useless, I'm waiting for this. Very reluctant to keep using Amazon when delivery is this bad.
