Macy's Customer Service Will Lie

I ordered a pair of boots from Macys.com. They didn't arrive. Called Macys.com and was told that the boots must have been lost. They would send another pair. I asked the rep if they have my size because on the website it said they were out. "Yes mam, we have your size". Waited, never received. Called again. They said: "Mam they haven't gone out because we don't have your size." I requested they cancel the order. "Yes mam the order has been canceled. Give it 3 - 5 days to post." Never posted. Called and asked to speak to a manager. Manager gets on the phone. I explained what was going on (speaking in a firm but normal tone of voice). She hangs up on me. Called the credit card company and they called Macys.com. The refund was never processed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU END UP NEEDING HELP THEY WILL LIE!
