Bad customer service

Giving 2 star because the notebook I bought has a good performance overall. However, build quality is below average. And the most irritating part is the customer service. Just use a notebook for 3 months and there was a problem with the loosing hinge, white blur in the display, and problem with the keyboard backlight. When I called the customer service, the person in call was very unreliable and unresponsive. I basically have to repeat about my concern as in I talked with some stranger. Furthermore, after I visited the customer service center the person who was in the counter was also not very helpful. They actually just want ask for your concern and leave. No feedback of what should I know about. I am really disappointed. Need a lot of improvement for human resource, Asus. Or else, you can never improve your quality. This is happening in Singapore btw

No customer support?

Confusing booking process and no customer support. Attempted to book a hotel in one city but somehow ended up reserving in completely different location, 10s of Ks away. I noticed after the payment and cancelled instantly. Of course to be "greeted" by "no refund on cancellation" message. While I understand it is my fault for not checking all details before paying there was no reply to my attempts at communicationg with them or the host, apart from the spam ads emails. Be very careful with all details, it might be very hard to get any refund if anything goes wrong!

Am 100% Happy With Mailerlite!

I've been with Mailerlite for quite a while now and they have always been incredibly helpful whenever my tech inexperience means I do something silly, such as locking myself out of my account with no way of authenticating who I am.The support team is always patient and go out of their way to help and I've never felt like they are judging me not matter how small my problem.I was with another mailing list provider for a while but have never regretted moving to Mailerlite. Can thoroughly recommend them.(PS - Lana in Mailerlite Support is awesome!)

Bitwarden beats Keeper AND DashLane

I was a long time subscriber to Keeper and DashLane but during the pandemic I switched as I was tired of their lackluster support and the pricing. That's when I discovered Bitwarden and I am LOCKED IN! The pricing is reasonable, the app is reliable on all devices and the support is incredibly quick, concise and friendly. I feel like Bitwarden is the secret star in the password management arena.

Don't order, especially if you are from any other country than USA. First everything will go fine,you are able to pay but after payment you won't get order confirmation. Customer service says that they can't find any orders and can't do anything about this situation. Probably they don't want new customers...

Less than one unfortunately if I could

Less than one unfortunately if I could. It is said £12 single payment for setting of a seller shop and then after I tryed to close it they claimed another payment of £2,56 as vat and didn't give me to close the shop. Why they would take single payment of £12 without to take the vat for it? By the way I thought the amount £12 includes everything. I'm sorry for the etsy as their platform seems as a great idea but unfortunately it is just another pyramid to steal money. I have bought things from them but I will now stop doing this too. Extremely disappointed.
