I had an issue with 2 of my keys on my keyboard (having fallen off) and the ONLY option I was given was to mail in my laptop to be fixed. I advised chat rep (Akeem F) that I am not able to do that at this time because I take online classes and I use my laptop for work. I find it COMPLETELY unacceptable that this is the ONLY option you have for customers.I will NEVER shop with ASUS and people that rely on their computer will understand how inappropriate this is!They could simply mail me another keyboard and it would be just fine. I will be sure to shop elsewhere due to the lack of concern and promptness of ASUS

ABEBOOKS guilty of internet fraud

ABEBOOKS guilty of internet fraud. Returns are almost impossible if one of their con sellers (Irish Booksellers, Campbell books, Ergode Books, is involved. These sellers refuse to acknowledge a return and Abebooks protects them often replying book was not purchased on Abebooks. Often I've received response from an Abebooks customer service rep that "their" seller name on Abebooks is Ergode books. Several times I had to threaten contacing my credit card company for fraud. Consquently Abebooks suspended my seller account (after 20 years with 98% completion rating) and now is withholding payment to my account. "Your statement is ready. Please sign on to your AbeBooks account to review it.Your statement total is US$ 1,098.16Your balance is carried forward to your next statement because there is a hold on your account.This type of fraud is called DoS Disruption of services for malicious intent. There is no way to dispute or reverse this without arduous and costly effort on my part. The company is corrupt. Any advice on how to report would be appreciated. DO NOT BUY FROM ABEBOOKS>

Absolute garbage. I’ve lost count the number of times It take me to a closed road or a bridge that wasn’t finished and don’t try to use it on foot. You have better luck with Stevie Wonder giving you directions than this piece of garbage. It RARELY takes you on a direct or easiest route.

Untrustworthy application

we were a group of ten people who were expected to be gathered from all over the world for Xmass in Miami , I made my reservation for a vacation rental four months in advance. Prior to making my reservation, I messaged the host to ask how he would guarantee that he wouldn't cancel his property. He responded by assurance that he wouldn't cancel his property by the time we gather in Miami. I trusted his word until thirty days before our departure, at which point the prices of the hotels and vacation rentals increased. At that point, the host cancelled our reservation with a full refund without providing a valid explanation, and VRBO didn't have any services. Given these unforeseeable circumstances, Vrbo didn't offer us any services, they left us without any assistance or direction, and didn't provide us any credit for the price difference. Their customer service was incredibly nasty and horrible; we will never try this website again or trust them. They didn't care about our time, money, or budget between the time we tried to save money by booking earlier and the pick season when all prices are gone.pls avoid using their application and planning your trip based on your reservation they are truly not trustworthy

Never had a problem with buying tickets, but selling was like getting a colonoscopy. Once the tickets were sold they wanted your date of birth and SSN before they sent me MY money. Why on God's green earth would SG need my SSN? This was never communicated when they offered to sell them. Then after I handed over my most private information, they transferred me to another company (Strip) that, surprise surprise, also wanted my DOB and SSN. Now that's two new companies that have my DOB and SSN that undoubtable will get breached and my information stolen. I don't know why every dang business thinks they need you SSN for these days.

Great Plugin, But Support Is Broken — No Solution After 10 Days

I purchased the Rank Math Business plan, which includes a 15-day trial of Content AI — one of the key features that convinced me to upgrade.Unfortunately, Content AI never worked. It showed “0 credits” from the start, along with an “invalid API key” error, despite my Rank Math account being connected.I opened a support ticket and explained everything clearly. Over the course of 10 days and 12 messages, I followed all their instructions, provided WordPress and FTP admin access, and patiently responded to every request.And yet — there is still no solution. Most responses repeated earlier suggestions I had already tried (and documented). Worse, the response times kept getting longer, and their team never actually used the admin access I provided to investigate the issue properly. The trial period is now expiring unused, meaning I paid for something I couldn't access.This is not a “free bonus” — it’s part of the product they sell and advertise. If a feature is broken and support doesn't resolve it, then you’re paying for a product that’s not fully delivered.Rank Math might be technically strong, but its support system is ineffective and wastes your time. If something goes wrong, don't expect timely help — just long delays, copy-paste replies, and zero accountability.

If I could give them LESS than 1 star I would! This company provides absolutely no support if your account number is used for fraudulent charges. In this day of scam after scam it's sad that PAYPAL offers nothing in the way of security or resolution for these matters. My account was hacked and used for fraudulent charges and I have been going back and forth with PAYPAL and everytime its denied and I ask why they ask for some other information and it goes no where. POOR customer service in dispute cases no one knows whats going on . They drag their feet so that their 180 day dispute will laps and then try to tell you "sorry 180 days has passed so they cannot help" when I submitted my claim a day after it happened. So here we are a year after and still no resolution and not they are claiming they can't do anything! WARNING stay away from this company!!!!!!!!

GoPro worst customer service every !!

My Hero 9 is not even a year old and it overheats after 10 minutes.GoPro refuses to accept responsibility and will not return my calls.I have done everything they have asked me to do and have provided ample proof that its faulty this is totally unacceptable.I bought the GoPro 9 from their website and they still will not do anything about it. They must be one of the WORST companies to deal with and my advice to anyone thinking of getting a GoPro is simple.DON'T !!There are other companies with similar products and probably value their customers more than GoPro do.Stay away!! You have been warned.

Honestly, Fox News’ quality is really dwindling down into stupid iPhone game quality that makes you watch an add every ten seconds. It’s very frustrating having to listen to all of the crap they say and not have any of our voices heard. You really out here trying to make people of colour as a whole seem like the bad group?
