I had an issue with 2 of my keys on my keyboard (having fallen off) and the ONLY option I was given was to mail in my laptop to be fixed. I advised chat rep (Akeem F) that I am not able to do that at this time because I take online classes and I use my laptop for work. I find it COMPLETELY unacceptable that this is the ONLY option you have for customers.I will NEVER shop with ASUS and people that rely on their computer will understand how inappropriate this is!They could simply mail me another keyboard and it would be just fine. I will be sure to shop elsewhere due to the lack of concern and promptness of ASUS
