GoPro worst customer service every !!

My Hero 9 is not even a year old and it overheats after 10 minutes.GoPro refuses to accept responsibility and will not return my calls.I have done everything they have asked me to do and have provided ample proof that its faulty this is totally unacceptable.I bought the GoPro 9 from their website and they still will not do anything about it. They must be one of the WORST companies to deal with and my advice to anyone thinking of getting a GoPro is simple.DON'T !!There are other companies with similar products and probably value their customers more than GoPro do.Stay away!! You have been warned.
