Over the course of 10 days and 12 messages, I followed all their instructions, provided WordPress and FTP admin access, and patiently responded to every request.And yet — there is still no solution. Most responses repeated earlier suggestions I had already tried (and documented). Worse, the response times kept getting longer, and their team never actually used the admin access I provided to investigate the issue properly. The trial period is now expiring unused, meaning I paid for something I couldn't access.This is not a “free bonus” — it’s part of the product they sell and advertise. If a feature is broken and support doesn't resolve it, then you’re paying for a product that’s not fully delivered.Rank Math might be technically strong, but its support system is ineffective and wastes your time. If something goes wrong, don't expect timely help — just long delays, copy-paste replies, and zero accountability.
