If I could give them 0 stars I would. Cancelled my plan but the charge me for the entire month in advance. How can they even tack on fees and taxes for something that was not used but cancelled . Bad customer service also. When you call you can hear all sorts of of people in the background and can understand or hear the person that has a heavy accent.

I am giving one star as there is no less rating. I booked a cycle(lifelong chaze) which has to be shipped on 21.03.22 and delivered on 22.03.22. But the item was not shipped even on 22nd. They removed the cancel option from my side. I called the customer care to cancel the order so that I can place a new order. Their reply was that they cannot cancel now and will resolve the issue by 26.03.22. Till then I have wait all options shut. I felt really bad. Even after knowing the seller had not shipped whythey have to keep me on hold for five days for a resolution. This the respect they give to a customer.

Ravelry got too political. I used this site frequently to find patterns for customers, read yarn reviews to decide whether to purchase them, and referred Ravelry to all my new knitting customers. I've never used their forums, but since they've enacted this new policy of banning Trump mentions and patterns and equating Trump supporters as white supremacists, I read a few of them and couldnt believe the vitriol they allowed. Progressive members berating conservative members with such hatred malice, and mischaracterizations went over the line, and their allowing anti Trump products and discussions to stay is hypocritical. Whatever prompted Rav to enact this policy could have been more maturely handled by dealing with those involved. Because of this, I closed my account and will not recommend Rav to my new knitting customers nor use it to help anyone find patterns. This once awesome site has become an awful and unsafe place for those who don't agree with their political positions. Politics are bad for business, and I will not be involved here.

The paths around the grounds of the Tredegar House property in Newport South Wales are a disgrace. In the summer they are passable but once the weather turns they become a muddy quagmire which are virtually impossible to get around unless you have a good pair of wellington boots on your feet. As a member who visits this site regularly for the beautiful walking that it provides I am having to look elsewhere for my walks as I feel it is getting too slippery and dangerous for me to continue to visit this property.

I'm a developer and I went from a regular paying subscriber to avoiding medium articles like the plague. For every tech question you get multiple medium articles coming up in google, but the overwhelming majority of them fails to be more than very a promising title with the most beginner level information they can get away with, while I guess, still earning for the clicks & scroll throughs. The occasional worthy article you find likely gets blocked by the paywall coming up, because of the amount of drivel you've already clicked that month. This is where one should start paying forward for the occasional/few exceptions, according to their business model - but still saves time and frustration to just skip them through in the search results (still made harder by medium also running under personalised domain names).

Refused to cancel my card without me knowing these secrets that they themselves control. Business model is a scam to stop you cancelling the annual subscriptions.Will be referring to the Financial ombudsman as the complaint made said all was good and all was in line with their internal processes

Amazing service! Came within the hr and sorted the hive straight away! I had already had a previous man try to kill the hive twice before and didnt succeed!
