Very disappointed customer

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Cancelled my plan but the charge me for the entire month in advance. How can they even tack on fees and taxes for something that was not used but cancelled . Bad customer service also. When you call you can hear all sorts of of people in the background and can understand or hear the person that has a heavy accent.
