Changed account security details and would not let me change them without confirming the details that they were changed to despite these not being shared with me. Refused to cancel my card without me knowing these secrets that they themselves control. Business model is a scam to stop you cancelling the annual subscriptions.Will be referring to the Financial ombudsman as the complaint made said all was good and all was in line with their internal processes
