I am giving one star as there is no less rating. I booked a cycle(lifelong chaze) which has to be shipped on 21.03.22 and delivered on 22.03.22. But the item was not shipped even on 22nd. They removed the cancel option from my side. I called the customer care to cancel the order so that I can place a new order. Their reply was that they cannot cancel now and will resolve the issue by 26.03.22. Till then I have wait all options shut. I felt really bad. Even after knowing the seller had not shipped whythey have to keep me on hold for five days for a resolution. This the respect they give to a customer.
