Review of activecampaign
It's always challenging to learn any new program. When I went from the free plan to the paid plan and that's all right away. So I'm not sure why this happened but, there is a error in the development of the name. I don't know how but it got screwed up with my company's name. After that everything was a nightmare trying to access it. Trying to figure out what was wrong. Customer service was beyond useless. It took nearly a month before I heard back from anybody to help me with my issue. I also used their chat feature two times before somebody realized what was going on with my name of my company. I was trying to run ads and use the automation feature which was crazy hit or miss for reasons. I still have no idea why but contacts from one website to active campaign had to be manually done so I wasted a lot of money on this program and on ads. The reporting feature is nowhere near as good as other cheaper programs. I finally was so fed up. I went to Mailer lite. I canceled my subscription with active campaign just a couple of months in after paying a year at damn near 400 bucks and was told that there was no way I was going to get any money back. At least I got it back an email from that quickly as a compared to trying to get something worked out with my issues for the program. Interestingly enough. The only reason this review is two versus one star. Is that if you can figure the damn program out? Automations are actually pretty decent. But the free plan of mailer light is leagues beyond the pay program with active campaign and their customer service is excellent. So save your money.
Review of activecampaign
I LOVE Active Campaign's deliverability - I definitely saw a huge improvement compared to when I used to use Keap. I also love the flexibility I have in creating campaigns - I can tailor them a lot more than what I can achieve with say Kajabi (which I was considering switching to at one stage). Where Kajabi automatically takes non-engaged people off a contact list, Active Campaign allows me to decide who to take off and who to leave on. I like that, and it was the deciding factor in me sticking with Active Campaign. On the down side, when I do have issues, I find it painstaking to resolve them. I have a current issue, and for week's I've been endeavouring to get a clear answer as to why this happened. I've asked it to be escalated to a supervisor, and still the responses that are coming back do not fit with the explanations I'm giving them. I'm just assuming here that the support staff are not native English speakers, as it's like I'm speaking a foreign language to them. I also do have fairly regular glitches when creating campaigns, although these are (usually) resolved with some patience and perseverance and time. All that being said, I've still decided to sign up for another year with Active Campaign, because the good outweighs the bad.
Review of wayfair
We ordered a Christmas tree and when it arrived it was defective. We contacted Wayfair and got a return shipping label, but the cost of the return was deducted from the refund on the tree. A return based on a choice would be reasonable but paying for a defective product is absurd. The lesson learned is don't buy defective products from a very defective company.

VITA FLOW BRANDS: This is a scam, they show one price and charged a huge amount. Care Vita Flow brands is not a good company; if they can't charge it, they change the name and charge it again, they rip you off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM. A charge of $39.99 was supposed to be the one, they charged me $239.99 They do not want to return the money. I also refuse the product, and they received it. If they get denied they will charge it in a different name till it is charged. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM: Care vita Flow, Vita flow brands, they mislead 100% No refunds at all!!! I got charged $239.99 and no refund!
Review of mailchimp
I would give them less if I could. Their lack of support for free accounts is ridiculous- seriously, no phone number to call? at all? Also the site is super glitchy- I actually tried to upgrade my company's account and the site wouldn't even let me do that.

I’m disgusted by the customer service I have received, was told the issue would be investigated and I would be contacted in 24-48 4 days later still nothing so called back waited on hold for 25 minutes and was told a manager would call me back at 6, waited for the call and it turns out they close at 6 so I could not get through. They cannot state this as customer service when they are unable to sort an issue. I am disappointed and want this issue to be sorted.
Review of studocu
I uploaded 2 documents to get 2 weeks’ worth of premium, as advertised by Studoc, yet when I attempted to download the desired document in exchange for my upload, the desired document is still locked! I provided 2 documents when I was only required to upload 1 and Studoc still doesn’t provide access to the document as promised - such a rip off!
Review of squarespace
I work as a web designer and I've been using Squarespace for years and never experienced any issues. The small issues I've had, have all been solved by their great customer support.I can't understand why Squarespace has so many bad reviews. My guess is that people expect their websites to look like websites created by professional webdesigners and budgets with thousands of dollars. It takes time to create a unique and beautiful website. Squarespace makes this much more easy, but you still need to invest time in it, if you want to do it yourself and you don't have the budget to hire a webdesigner.
Review of outlook
Most pathetic Customer Support I ever met. All of them send exactly the same link to write to the safety team and close the discussion IMMEDIATELY, because they know that link is unopenable and they don't want you to ask any further, because they know exactly that link not going to work AT ALL.

Hotmail is simply the worst. Sadly I have a Hotmail account that I used for a very long time and I was hoping that will not have to transition to another email but I am slowly moving to Gmail, now. The amount of emails with malware sent to my inbox is just too much. I tried all, I reported them, and move them to junk and still, nothing is being done by Hotmail/Outlook to prevent that. I have an antivirus program that warns me immediately, but still, I do not like the fact Microsoft would do nothing to prevent it. This shows their responsibility towards their customers is simply just screw them. Hotmail/Outlook sucks.

Review of google
I expected that being backed by a technology company like Google, that the Google FI wireless phone plans would be a no-brainer and backed by great customer service! I couldn’t have been more incorrect as I received the worst service I believe I’ve received from any organization in recent memory (10 years or more). I had multiple service issues and spent about 2 1/2 hours trying to resolve them and I also was out of service on my wireless device for seven days while technicians were trying to troubleshoot the problem! I ended up having to switch back to my previous mobile provider which provided outstanding service and I never should’ve left! What really irritated me is after spending probably about three hours of my time and then porting my number back to my previous wireless provider, they never provided any type of credit for the days I was without service which I found completely unbelievable! Furthermore my account has been closed for over two months and there is a credit balance on the account Due to the prorated charges Given I canceled we’re not automatically applied to my credit card and after two billing cycles I am still waiting on that prorated credit! I feel violated by what I thought would be one of the best wireless providers in the industry and I couldn’t be more disgusted with Google! They don’t allow their employees to be empowered and the technical divisions of the company who do troubleshooting seem to lack basic knowledge that’s needed to do their jobs and they basically will just tell you that they are sorry they cannot help you! I guess I should be satisfied as that’s the honest truth, it would have been wonderful if I had read reviews prior to signing up!

I'm still using the same Vivofit II for two years with no problems and haven't even needed to change the battery (it says to change it after 1 year). This is a great product that never fails. All of my experiences with Garmin have been positive over the years.
