Very helpful Customer service team

Have owned various Garmin watches, I did have an issue with one particular model however the customer service team made it super easy and the device was actually replaced twice due to same issue with the strap but always without any hassle or fuss. Quick return of original item and replacement sent . Since I have upgraded there was a small software error and customer service contacted me right away with information on how to resolve it quickly and easily at home. Only reason it is not 5 stars is because I have had to return items and had the few faults but its technology it happens.

The Worst Company Ever

I bought a plugin, the plugin offered a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee. I have asked for a refund, and every chat, email, and message from me has been ignored. It's impossible to get any reply from anyone. Clearly they think if they avoid my messages they can get away without honouring this guarantee.

We have used SendGrid for 4 years now

We have used SendGrid for 4 years now. SendGrid is integrated with our lead management system. Which means most of the emails we send are transactional. The API’s are easy to use, and we have not had any issues with delivery. My company is small so SendGrid fits our business model in cost and basic SMTP services. I would and have recommended SendGrid as a cost effective way of handling transactional emails.

You want a scam website : that's the place to go! Bad quality of the webside builder, you ask to cancell the name of the domain and the webside: no refund! You want a support, no prob, they will transfer you from a service to another.

Scam operation

I've been a user for quite a few yearsI recently attempted to boost a poll, I got a message back saying it wasn't permitted, ok so polls can't be boosted, but what they did was swap that boost to a video I posted at the end of the previous month without my knowledge or consent.On top of that, they charged me for it but the credit card I had on file had luckily expired, otherwise, I would have ended up paying for it, support says any new credit card I put on file will instantly be charged (For something I never consented to)Linkedin is really running a scam operation, there's absolutely no way I'm going to trust you thieves with my credit card number that's for sure!

Things are getting worst every year

I'm increasingly frustrated with Google products. They seem to prioritize constant experimentation over user experience, leading to frequent bugs and performance issues. This is especially evident in YouTube, where I've noticed a decline in stability and responsiveness despite having a Premium subscription. It feels like I'm paying for a service that's constantly in beta testing.
