Worst customer support ever in retail

UPDATE 30/06/2025: finally got a nonbot response. I asked them why they punish me instead of the store for not sending me the item. The answer I got is that because it's the company policy to punish the customers for the fault of the retailers that sell on the platform or Aliexpress themselves. Fortunately, only lost about £‎4. Also lost like 6000 gems when they blocked my game account.Absolutely DO NOT buy anything expensive on this site. Every purchase is a risk. If you are lucky and don't run into problems, great. You probably got a good deal (if the item is small and light). Otherwise, expect to be dealing with the worst customer support you can find amongst retailers. I have never seen anything this bad. Live chat is useless because all they can do is pass your case to the so called "Senior" team. The live chat agent acts nice and all but never resolve any issues. The "Senior" team, on the other hand, doesn't care about anything you have to say. They will only copy and paste standard response tweaked by AI to reply you and try to have your case closed as soon as possible. They absolutely will not do anything to help you. They open the email with the line "We are here to assist you with your inquiry and ensure a satisfactory resolution." is a total lie.EDIT: more lies that they resolved the issue in the reply below. That's completely not true. They didn't. They just copied and pasted irrelevant text.
