Review of duolingo
I have been enjoying Duolingo for 4-5 years. Sadly it has now changed so many "rules" that I can use it no longer without paying. One is punished for every mistake. Also if one doesn't answer quickly enough, and also if one doesn't watch endless advertisements. Until the latest changes, I persevered, but now it has become impossible for me to do any but the earliest lessons over and over again. I am going to look for a more friendly way of learning. I am a pensioner, with family in Germany, so wish to learn so I can correspond better with others when I visit them. Duolingo, since the changes, is NOT the answer. A pity, as I used to enjoy it.

Tried 3 times to get a receipt by email that the in store staff told me was easy to arrange, ha, ha, not at all easy, the first so called agent told me after taking all the details that I would get the receipt by email in 24 hours. You guessed it, no email. Called on their chat again, they don' t even give you a minute to type a reply before saying they think you have gone, I mentioned this and finally typed the details to 2 other agents, one of which said he could not find any details, third agent said they would send out another receipt nothing happened. They have now sent me a copy of the receipt that I can return so watch this space.

So disappointed in Zara, considering how much I shop there. Terrible service. Tired of talking to AI. I paid for next day delivery, Yodel driver didn’t deliver it , next day comes same story , he was showing me on the map as a next stop and then turned the map off sending me an email AGAIN that it won’t be delivered today either. Tomorrow is Sunday and they don’t work that’s already 3 days. Customer service is terrible in Zara. AI generated that takes 30 min wait between each message, you should be lucky to be redirected to an agent. They keep telling me I should wait till the end of the day for the delivery , it’s 7:00 pm , I already received an email that it won’t be delivered today and I am being told that I should wait till the end of the day when I already know it’s not being delivered. Why am I paying next day delivery? I understand things happen but at least have a better customer service and reimburse me. I shouldn’t be begging for my money when you both failed with your service. Unbelievable and very disappointing.By the way I no longer need that dress. It was for the occasion. Thank you for letting me down .

Third year and third pro subscription,the last update caused a disaster, critical error, website shutdown, many issues with widgets, even after trying to downgrade to earliest version. Contacted the support and what they proposed? Try to downgrade, and try to deactivate all your plugins one by one to see what plugin is causing issues😂.I deactivated elementor pro and waited 5 days.After 5 days i retired to update elementor and the result is the same.I visited a elementor Facebook group, and i found that many people are facing same issues, so i recanted elementor technical support and told them that i will not use elementor pro never and i want a refund.They replied no, they can't refund, and they haven't given any importance to me or even tried to find a solution.It's very very disappointing and disrespectful for me.They caused a total disfonctionnement to my website and my customers, everything is a garbage now.

Just like everyone else, received terrible service, tried to return a product that i used 3 different cards to purchase, the refund, however, only issued the debit card amount to the debit card, the other 2 credit cards were not refunded. Call customer service only to be put on hold for 30 minutes then have the call dropped, second time on hold over an hour with no answer, just gave up. Contact customer support only to have them reply with "refund was issued, check your bank" I ASSURE YOU IVE CHECKED MY BANK AND AM STILL OUT OVER 700 DOLLARS. Not sure how im going to resolve this but i vow never to use this company again as long as i have a pulse.
