After signing up for a year (digital on line only) I was entitled to a £50 amazon voucher code within 24 days. Well after 3 attempts and getting "we are getting, bla bla bla " .... automated reply I see I too have been CONNED. No response each time and very bad practice, an opportunity for the distance selling directive and Trading standards I think!
