Terrible platform with terrible customer service! I bought two items from the same seller. I received one, but not the other. I tried contacting the seller, but he had deleted his account. I raised a ticket, and customer service said they were on it and that the seller was given 48 hours to reply. If he didn't, I would get a refund. 48 hours later, they closed the ticket, claiming the problem was resolved, which it wasn’t! I raised a new ticket, and customer service told me again that I needed to wait 48 hours. They even blamed me for being impatient, insisting they needed to be fair to everyone. They're being fair to a seller who didn’t send my item and disappeared, but not to me! Unbelievable!
