🚨 Facebook Locked My Account & Keeps Charging Me – No Support at All! 🚨

I have been using Facebook Ads for over 5 years, spending tens of millions of dollars on the platform. However, I am now facing a horrible experience that has completely destroyed my trust in Facebook.1️⃣ Account Locked Without Explanation – My profile account was suddenly locked for no reason. I tried to verify it multiple times, but every attempt only resulted in an error message or a blank page.2️⃣ Zero Customer Support – Since February 9, I have reached out to Facebook many times, yet no one has responded. It has been over 10 days, and I still have no idea why my account is locked. No email, no chat support, nothing.3️⃣ Facebook Is Still Charging Me Thousands – Even though I cannot access my account, Facebook is still withdrawing hundreds of thousands of dollars from my bank. How is this even legal when I have no control over my ads?📌 What am I supposed to do when Facebook’s entire support team has ghosted me? A billion-dollar company that relies on advertisers should at least have basic customer service.🚨 WARNING: If you rely on Facebook Ads for your business, BE CAREFUL! Only "fund" what you can afford to lose!

The whole concept of crowdfunding is amazing but I will never use any of the platforms again after being stung too many times. I was badly ripped off (to the tune of about $100 dollars) by a Trigger Point Systems via Kickstarter. I would like to leave them a negative review somewhere but that's seemingly impossible - scam much? My grievance with Kickstarter was when I aired my concerns with them they were less than no help; in fact, they were bordering on flippant! Just avoid, avoid, avoid! If you want a product or service that badly just wait until it reaches the mass market - at least that way you're guaranteed a shipment (and will have your purchase protected rather than effectively "donating" your money to a con merchant)!

I really do not,know what is the matter with this company but they have me jumping through hoops and no method of redress.unlessyou can affordto telephone California. They keep sending me critical security alerts by which I have to go in to my emails to retrieve a code number which I then enter only for a message to pop up telling me it is the wrong number, and to try again,so off I go back into the system to retrieve yet another code which is also"incorrect". Several attempts all fail I just give up. Does anyone know what is going on because I don't?

I’ve been calling and trying to use the online virtual assistant so I can get a refund everyday for a about a week and the online assistant always says it can’t help me right now and when I call PlayStation support it says they are closed and to call during business hours but I was calling during business hours and they just never answer. I want a refund because I never signed up for my psn plus to be auto renewed yet they stilll charged me again this month.

The worst customer service ever.Game still in first 14 day after purchase Faulty game crashed 4x times in the first 2-3hrs if play.. trying to speak to customer service .. no chance .. not allowing me to even go into the waiting queue and managed to get to the queue twice 1st time waited for 5 hrs then got told by the customer service agent that policy said no return if downloaded and played clearly forgetting to complete their policy which state unless FAULTY , when faced them with the rest of the policy they started to be rude to me and asking me to stop writing and to answer the question to refer me to a specialist and when I wanted to explain my point they kicked me out of the chat .. I tried again and again and waited for another hour after a day or two trying to get into the queue to be told sorry no available agent and chat was closed from their side.I'm still in the 14 day return eligible period but they are clearly trying to push it out of this window to refuse to return the game I purchased and downloaded from their website ... THE WORSE SCAM COMPANY EVER. NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN FROM PLAYSTATION STORE.

Scam-bags. Avoid "free trial".

Scam-bags. Bought a Samsung Phone and was offered a free Google Speaker as a deal (great offer). Included was the option for a free 6 month trial subscription to spotify premium. I set a reminder on my calendar 2 weeks prior to the end of the subscription to determine whether I wanted to continue for £9.99 p/m. As I did not use the service enough, I chose to cancel. This was easy enough to do through the app and my account remained standard (free). 2 months later I notice that a charge of £9.99 had left my account. I queried this with spotify who stated I should have received a cancellation email. I did not. Without this email they would not issue a refund. Instead of arguing this claim, I accepted it and instead asked when I would receive the product/service for which the £9.99 was taken? I was then informed that their "records" showed that I cancelled the subscription 2 days after the trial period and received the premium service for the month preceeding it. As I had no proof to the contrary, having not received this cancellation email, there was little I could do and they were all to aware of this. What a good little but lucrative scam! In future I will be sure to screenshot everything. Honesty is a rare commodity these days. Account deleted!

'Trust' - to hold in trust for future generations ...

Like many on here I've been an NT member for more than 45 years and for the last 20 years a Life Member (so they've already got my money!). Managing the Covid safeguarding situation is a tricky one and is bound to disappoint many - not least the ability to drop in on spec at a property when travelling.However, the latest politicization of the Trust's activities is intolerable and indefensible, in addition to the giving up of smaller properties and the 'popularization' of others. Tranmer House at Sutton Hoo has already been redesigned and it is now a sterile, dull space and a truly dreadful experience to visit. This is just one example. The powers-that-be at the NT should remember the second word of its name - Trust - which means that they hold in trust, for future generations, these properties that are so much a part of our heritage. As for the 'woke' agenda: slavery is intolerable, to be sure, but it has been the way of life in many countries at many periods in history - Britons were Roman slaves once!Hopefully we now know better. But we commemorate most of our heroes for other reasons - defending our country, reforming the way we live (including abolishing slavery!), designing fine houses, painting wonderful pictures, writing great literature and poems. Is all this to be erased just because they lived in a particular era? Octavia Hill and Canon Rawnsley must be spinning in their graves!Finally, although we may agree that black lives (and all lives) matter, BLM is an avowedly Marxist organization intent on disrupting the democratic order of things (see its website!). Why are so many people and organizations kowtowing to its demands to erase our history and culture (and giving it vast amounts of money)?Neil Oliver said in a recent article in Radio Times, in connection with pulling down statues, etc., that (I'm paraphrasing) all generations think they're right, but over time they are usually proved wrong.

Trash company.On June 16th, 2023, I requested a Lyft from home to the Medical Clinic. Unfortunately, on the return trip, I accidentally left my phone in the Lyft driver's vehicle. I contacted Lyft support for help, but they didn't do anything about items left behind. I was hoping that the Lyft driver, Caleb, would return the phone, but he didn't. Totally shocking service from HP...

I keep reading about the poor after sales service from HP, I would just love to actually get the goods I have paid for. Over £1200 spent, laptop arrives, the screen is cracked from one side to the other. They just don't care. Two weeks on and they haven't even collected the damaged goods. Refuse to dispatch a replacement until it has been collected but had the nerve to start my care plan from the date on my invoice!! You cannot get through on the phone, it takes hours to get through on their internet chat and when you do it might as well be a robot, they do not give two hoots about the customer. Do not go near this company.
