I keep reading about the poor after sales service from HP, I would just love to actually get the goods I have paid for. Over £1200 spent, laptop arrives, the screen is cracked from one side to the other. They just don't care. Two weeks on and they haven't even collected the damaged goods. Refuse to dispatch a replacement until it has been collected but had the nerve to start my care plan from the date on my invoice!! You cannot get through on the phone, it takes hours to get through on their internet chat and when you do it might as well be a robot, they do not give two hoots about the customer. Do not go near this company.
