I’ve been going to DW for years & whole I still loved my time there, a few points really brought the score down from a perfect 5 🌟 We found the photopass to be very subpar this trip compared to past years. At least once a day a ride photo wouldn’t come through, despite scanning, or if it os the automatic ones, generally these didn’t come through ie pirates, slinky, GotG and had to chase these up while waiting weeks to get them loaded back. My advice is to take note of dates and times of missing photos, We had more missing photos this trip than the total across 10 weeks from visiting 2016-2019. Also the photobooths that they’ve replaced real photographers with aren’t great, don’t take photos at the optimal moments, which is a shame. Also, when meeting mickey & minnie in AK we waited for an hour only to reach the front and be told the camera is down.. Wow.. that was so poor and I’m glad we had our phones to hand. A sign at the front would have been nice or something and I really hope no-one missed out because of this. Im surprised you couldn’t get a photopass photographer in temporarily until this was resolved. Also the disney experience app sucks, I must have been forced to sign in and prove my identity via email about 30 times during my 3 week visit.All I can say is I still love Disney but unfortunately the magic has been dimmed just a little by all the issues.

Ordered an item on Sunday for delivery the following Wednesday. As usual I got an order confirmation from them but did not check it. On Wednesday, I checked to see at what time my item would be delivered, turns out the actual delivery stated would in 6 weeks time not the 3 days on the Amazon web page. Complained to Amazon but all they said was the item was from one of their third party sellers and there was nothing they could do about it. Worse still was the fact that the item was available from other suppliers at the same price as Amazon and if I had been given a delivery time of 6 weeks, I would have ordered elsewhere. Now the item price has risen by £20 (special offers must have ended) so it is going to cost me £20 more do incorrect information on the Amazon web site. I cancelled my order and will order for another vendor.

Font Morgenlicht by INKSUN did not include the promised alternates or swashes. Tested and checked in multiple programs and in source files of any additional instructions. There were none. Creator has been emailed to resolve and has been unresponsive for days. Website's only resolution solution is to reach creator. :(

How do I rate a zero? Account suspended for a week do to sending money for a AIR BNB RENTAL that the renter did not receive. Had to dispute it through my bank to get the funds back. As soon as I was able to use the app again I sold my bitcoin and tried sending the fund to my son as a gift. They immediately suspended my account again to where I couldn't transfer the funds. As soon as I get my money back from them, I will never use the app again.

Why there isnt any zero star? One word, speechless.I tried to link my credit card to my son's 16+ Zip card for auto top-up. Waited long enough, connected to a operator. Explained what i wanted, they said, I will transfer to the correct department. Repeated 4 times. Each person I have to explain the same story. Still I couldn't get to the correct department.Why do they get paid for? One of the most expensive travel cost on the planet and the worst service on the planet.

Great products and service but return is not free. I purchased a pair of EYTYS Angels Canvas sneakers they look great but unfortunately toe pinching. If I were to return the shoes to HBX.com it would cost me approximately USD88 to ship back the shoes. I had to sell off the shoes on eBay and recoup the money :(Buy only if you are sure you want to keep the item! I suppose its ok for clothing/accessories since they are light weight. Therefore cheaper to ship back to HBX.com.

I have always purchased HP products because of the quality and customer service. This last purchase has given me numerous problems and getting assistance was impossible!My all in one desktop is completely useless and takes close to an hour to boot. Even worse is talking to a machine to try to get help. After several attempts and finally speaking to a human I was told I can get help at a cost. What in the world??Never again! If I could have given them a zero, I would have done that. Shame on you HP!!

If only I had read the reviews first. My card was blocked after a few months of getting the card. Worried sick there was zero customer service at the weekend .. contrary to what the card says. The card had been set up for full payment as had happened for first month or so, then they stopped taking payment and sent me a letter saying I had defaulted. ( not due to any insufficient bank funds I add) Eventually contacting them they could not confirm why they had blocked the card and reserved the right not to tell me. I had even sent them bank statements confirming my income and bank status . My real concern here is not the loss of the card but the impact on my credit status of which they sent me a letter to say it will be blighted for 6 years. I have never ever in my life dealt with such a bad company and fear maybe something more sinister is going on running their admin!!! I wish I had never heard the name American Epress!!
