I primarily use this app to enjoy fan edits of my favorite celebrities, bands, and horror content related to the films I love when I have free time. However, I have significant concerns regarding the app's algorithm, which frequently recommends videos that I neither like nor have any interest in, despite not following such content. Moreover, I've experienced bullying and when I report nothing has been done! This app, in its current state, poses significant harm and risk to many young users. Of particular concern are the videos promoting weight loss tablets and supplements, grooming, hate content, and the prevalence of bullying comments.

Horrible customer service. They waited until the campaign was close to inform me that I had "pornographic and sexually explicit content" on my campaign (which was for empowering women btw) and it was a pic of a famous painting showing a bare breasted woman (Fury, actually) chasing Orestes by Wm. Bourguereau. After multiple attempts and direct questioning on how they could deem it sexually inappropriate, they asked me to edit the content which was no longer editable because the campaign is closed. Response time takes 24 hours for each email, hey are still holding my funds, and no one is releasing them yet. I will never use this platform again.To your response: I READ all the policies and not anywhere does it state that "famous painting which show bare-breasted women are not acceptable: that would mean the Venus de Milo, the statue of David, and THOUSANDS of other masterpieces wouldn't be able to be posted. All you state is about pornography. Clearly, we, and millions of other people, have a different definition of what that means. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND, please stop saying that!!!

If I could leave less than 1 star review I would!Ridiculous experience right off the start!Customer support is no support, general answers, all about “we do not guarantee this and that” and just ending the chat, they probably got tired of me trying to figure out why I can’t get what I paid for on time, or my money back for “extra fast” delivery. I wanted to surprise my husband with new bed before holidays, total order was over $1100, I ordered 3 items, paid extra for express delivery. Two items with no express delivery is in the way, but the one with express delivery is still hasn’t even been shipped yet, even though it shows delivery today (dec 17th).And they told me not to worry, no more than 10 days it will be updated! Really!!?? Too much for express delivery! I asked for the money back for express delivery as the item hasn’t even left the warehouse yet, but they refused. General answers, left me as a customer angry and frustrated!!Never again will I pay for upgraded service in any way. Will see when the item with express delivery will come if it even will. First time ordering there and already disappointed with it!!!!Update:It’s Dec 22, and the item is still hasn’t left the warehouse facility in GA. I’ve requested a refund for express delivery via calling customer support, they “registered” my request but no one other updates yet. I also called to request a refund for an item, at this point I don’t need that item and planning to request a refund and return it without even opening it. How long will it take to get my money back? I don’t know. PS: two other items bed frame and mattress are good quality and arrived as was expected (without express delivery). But the rest of it is a mess. I just want my money back for “express delivery” and item! An update February 2025: Got refund back for an item because I did not even opened a box, it was pretty easy via pick up option. Also got refund for an express delivery which wasn't provided. Thanks!
