If only I had read the reviews first. My card was blocked after a few months of getting the card. Worried sick there was zero customer service at the weekend .. contrary to what the card says. The card had been set up for full payment as had happened for first month or so, then they stopped taking payment and sent me a letter saying I had defaulted. ( not due to any insufficient bank funds I add) Eventually contacting them they could not confirm why they had blocked the card and reserved the right not to tell me. I had even sent them bank statements confirming my income and bank status . My real concern here is not the loss of the card but the impact on my credit status of which they sent me a letter to say it will be blighted for 6 years. I have never ever in my life dealt with such a bad company and fear maybe something more sinister is going on running their admin!!! I wish I had never heard the name American Epress!!
