Really bad return customer service at…

Really bad return customer service at stores. I went three times to try to return something (waiting for about 1 hour). But the que is ridiculously long to return, because there is only one person handling the returns. They don’t care because they want to make it difficult for you to return and they don’t care about service. They rather let you keep something you don’t wear and it’s bad for the environment, just so they can earn money. When there are enough people working there, because nowhere else in the store the que is that long. Ridiculous!
