Ordered 2 pairs and 8 of the shoe charms on September 9th for my daughter. Received a message they were on the truck to be delivered on the 14th. I checked back and the update was gone with no further information! It’s now the 18th and still no delivery or update on the tracking. I’m very disappointed and wish I would have read these reviews prior to ordering. I will never order from the site again but instead go to Concord Mills and buy them. Thanks a lot Crocs:(
