Got a refund for a yearly subscription, even though it theirs by right

I started with a free monthly subscription of DeepL Pro Advanced. After this free month is forgot to cancel my subscription so a invoice for a year of €299,88 was debited from my account. After contacting support they, as an act of goodwill, offered to change my invoice to a monthly period so i would get a refund. Very happy with this solution.
