It takes a long time to get the product, and after reading reviews on Trustpilot, that I wish I had read before I made my purchases, I won't be ordering anything else. Also, even if you pay for express priority shipping it still takes the same delivery time as snail mail. I just hope my order comes soon.

I had never heard of Calm.com until charge appeared on my credit card. Fortunately, the fraud department of my bank detected it and are processing a claim for me. Unfortunately, the bank felt it necessary to cancel my card and issue a new one to me. A real inconvenience!

Having to log in just to track a parcel is asinine! Jeff Bezos is a control freak and his company should get nothing but bad reviews. Accessing customer support is impossible as well. There's no corporate responsibility from these giant corporations.

We couldn’t be happier with Liam as our Vagaro account manager, we’ve had our account for 2 years now and he’s been faultless! He truly goes above and beyond in every aspect. Any time we’ve had a technical issue, he’s been straight on it, resolving things quickly and efficiently. Liam also handles all calls for new starters using the system, which takes so much stress and pressure off me as a salon owner. His responses are always prompt, and his professionalism and support make the entire process seamless. We’re so glad to have Liam as our account manager—his service is faultless, and he makes running our salon so much smoother and Vagaro as a system is perfect for my salon!

I'm a huge fan of Uniqlo, their new returns policy however is truly awful and one to avoid.No longer are you supplied with a pre-printed label, instead you have to print one yourself. If you don't have access to a printer thats too bad... "Why not print one at the library, or your local printshop" the live chat helpfully suggests in 2021.This has all been done in the name of sustainability which I'm all for, but the likes of ASOS etc all allow you to get a label printed in store via QR code, there is 0 reason for Uniqlo not to offer the same.This new process just feels nasty and prevents a whole lot of people from being able to return anything. Alongside all this they have removed the option to return online orders in-store, and for those that do manage to print a label, you get to pay £2.95 for the privilege.At this point I can't recommend ordering from Uniqlo online to anyone, unless you're a pro at guessing their always slightly off sizes.

I thought I was lucky for once in my lifem since my 4TB Seagate external hard drive broke while under warranty but I couldn't have been more wrong. The customer service people sounded so nice and friendly and IDIOT me got persuaded to send my HD to their labs and ask for a replacement HD. I was so upset for my damaged HD and so desperate to get my data back that I did everything customer service told me to do, with so much hope! For 3 weeks after the lab received my HD there was no update on the My Data Recovery Tracker Page, so I chased customer service again and guess what, 1 or 2 days later, my case was opened and closed within a couple of hours, and I found out that my data allegedly can't be recovered and my HD won't be returned. This is only my personal opinion and I have no proof of it, but I can't help thinking that they didn't even try since it was under warranty - this is what independent data recovery professionals told me Seagate would most likely do and well, they guessed it right. Anyway, I BEGGED customer service in tears to send me back my HD, I said that I would send them the replacement one they just sent me (why would I use it anyway). I know that if I pay money, someone can recover my data for me. However I will not be allowed to try because my HD will never be returned to me. I was told that my case was closed and there was nothing I could do... On the same day they started and ended the data recovery attempt! It took them 3 weeks to even start the recovery process, but just a few hours to decide they can't do it and make my HD disappear. I am seriously devastated by all the data I lost, knowing that they will "recycle" my HD.Personally I think customer service people weren't rude at all, most of them were fairly nice, but not helfpul after all, basically a big waste of time. Do not ever trust Seagate products, let alone their data recovery service.
