While the review did feel lengthy at once, the tracking outline helped me to not give up and continue to give my honest feedback! G2 does a great work in building trustworthiness and I'm happy to write more reviews in the future!

We stayed in Best Western Aberavon Beach Hotel. Location was great . Rooms were nice and clean. Stuff were extremely helpful and always happy to help or even just have a little chat . Always with a very horrible agenda which promoves one side. Not sure why the hatred against Trump by most of their reporters. Is it because he is a Patriot? Why do not show that Biden is not fit mentally? In Brazil when was a conservative president the narrative was about fires in Amazon which in fact declined that time. Now it s three times more in a left wing government and even exploring mushrooms and oil in the indian territoriesover there. It seems that depending of where such action comes from, left or right, it can be legal or not. Depending on the deal? Shame.

I got this service with the idea that the hot spot would be a good fit for my partner and I. At the end of this fiasco, we ported his number (I got a new one, it was easier) half way through December. I called the company once we ported his number on the 17th of December. On the 12th of December, we paid the prorated bill for November. I have been receiving bills from ATT for November, AND the partial month of December for 5 months now. I have been trying to call them, however, when I called the number referenced on the paper bill, I was repeatedly told by the automated system that my phone was not through ATT (duh.) and to call MY service provider. This is unhelpful, if ATT wants money. I finally reached a customer service agent today, who told me that my bill was prorated and that the payment in December was therefore NOT for November. After being talked down to like I don't have a college degree (in accounting, and I do) I finally just gave up, and gave them and EXTRA month, plus the partial. As a side note, I spoke with the company when I got the first bill after porting the number, made the partial payment, and was told we were all set. Apparently, this call was lost, as was the payment. There are some serious billing issues in this company. I have found better, cheaper, completely unlimited service at a different company (Visible, in case you're wondering) for less than half the going rate of crap service and double billing from ATT.

This week I'll be cancelling my AT&T service.It has been an abusive relationship and I am finally free from it.Charging me $10/day if I happen to receive a verification text out of the country. WTaF. How do other countries have unlimited data for $30/m and I pay those a-holes hundreds. Device insurance magically turned on mid month with no explanation. I would like to say that they are the worst, but they are just average at stealing your money, middle of a horrid pack. Go suck someone else's blood.

My blood boils when I think of how bad this company, lies and screws over the customer. EVERYTHING they promise you in person or at point of sale, is a lie. Your bill will always be double what they promised, their service absolutely sucks. Once the sales group is done lying to your face, you will NEVER be allowed to speak with a manager. You’ll never get one on the phone, they hide behind their 2 way glass at the stores. They are nothing but liars and cowards. I thought Verizon was bad, I had them for 25 years. AT&T made all kinds of promises and guaranteed me products and pricing, all of which was 100% bullshit. I have called to shut off my home internet, I had it first and it rarely worked. Then when you call their customer service line, best of luck speaking Filipino, because that’s all you are gonna get. Some staff member that barely speaks English which is infuriating but it doesn’t matter, because they’re aren’t going to follow through with the bullshit they agree to anyway. Then of course the monthly price they promised, well, if you bundle your internet and cell service, they screw in two different holes. Thats when I got the cell phone. I signed the contract for a cell phone at the end of a business day, which was also, their last day of billing. Of course I had no idea of what was happening. For that 4 hours that night, that I had the new phone, they charged me the full previous month. The first 6 months I’m a customer I get collection calls from them daily!!! Because they billed me for a month that I wasn’t a customer. But, either I pay their horseshit $200 a month, or they shut off the phone. Mind you, my bill was sold to me as $75 a month. F’ing crooks that utilize all overseas call centers and avoid customer interactions, except to sell, at all costs. God knows who you are calling or worse, giving your personal info to in the Philippines. If you are reading these reviews to decide to do business with AT&T, do NOT do it!! You will be miserable. Even when you manage to get one of their azz holes customer English speaking service hacks on the phone, they do not give a single shit how they talk to you, whether they make you happy or not. Worst company and proof of why monopoly companies need to be wiped out in America. If they went out of business and all lost their jobs, I would laugh in their faces because they deserve it. You are not allowed to speak with anyone above front line employee, that should tell you everything you need to know. I have 5-6 months left with this cell phone and I will be shutting off that account too the day I am able to do so. AVOID AT&T LIKE THE PLAGUE. You will regret it, very dishonest group of people and that shit starts at the top and trickles down. Their corporate board must be the slimiest scumbags that the telecommunications industry has to offer. I wish I could give them less stars, they do not deserve a half star. Best of luck.

My heart missed a beat when I got this their demand for payment, but I figured it was a scam since I believed my company to be exempt. Well it turns out it IS a scam and endorsed by the UK government to boot.After reading a few reviews on here, I used the ICO fee checker and sure enough we ARE exempt.Given the threatening tone of the demand I decided we ought to respond and advise them that we are exempt. Well, if it's possible to do so on their website I couldn't find how to. It would seem that they are only interested in taking our money whether they are entitled to it or not, and have no interest in making it easy for us to respond other than to make that payment.PSAfter a Google search I found the exemption page. Strange how their own site search doesn't throw it up, eh?

Merthyr Phones are fantastic!! The service I got, when just looking for 3 different phone cases, was superb! Salman was extremely helpful, and even swopped a cover (still in the packaging) I bought a while ago, which didn't fit my phone.

Such an idiotic and pathetic people ever.. firstly i have ordered one item and they sends me whatever they want and when i have placed return request they reject it, after writing continuous mails over and over then they accept it and return request has been placed immediately and item wasnot picked up till 20days and everyday i received a message stating we are not able to reach you? When i try to reach the number given its not even connecting and they ask me wait with patience, please dont go with these worst app and dont buy any stuff where it is zero customer service

I have been a member for many years, I won’t be joining again after this year. I upgraded my membership to include my now retired, senior partner last April. I carried on paying my direct debit monthly but the trust failed (they say) to collect the money for the upgrade. They at no time notified me that this had failed. Come renewal and they took a full year, without notice, in breach of direct debit rules according to my bank. They now have a cancelled membership, an upset ex member and a direct debit they won’t be getting again. I won’t be rejoining and I was about to buy gift membership for my son, daughter in law and their newly adopted daughter. They will now be joining the Welsh trust along with us. I have been dissatisfied for some time with the Woke culture, closed shops, lack of cafe’s and Covid excuses for no staff. This ends my association with an organisation that has lost its way.

Don’t think this company is worth 1 star. Snuck in extra $67.00 in charges for some random domain I never requested. Then when I asked for a partial refund they said they were refunding all of it, canceled my services. Interrupted my business and took my domain names hostage. They said I needed to pay for them again. I have not recieved any refund and have even overpaid them for services I am not receiving. Do not sign up for anything, or pay this company a cent. They are horrible to deal with and will purposely try to harm your business to extort money more money from you. Their non intelligent chat agent just kept repeatedly saying I needed to contact my bank to get the refund. Well that’s not how it works. The company needs to actually issue it in the first place. Garbage customer service, scam artist driven company.

They sent me the wrong book, then they made an error with their prepaid return shipping label, so the book got lost when it was returned. Now, I am out the $60 I paid for a book, and they are blaming me for the issue. They STOLE my money and refuse to do anything about it. Avoid at all costs.
