Awful, awful. I never had issues before until we ran into a medical emergency that warrants us to cancel our trip. Ive provided them with a note, and even contacted the property myself, who were willing to modify my reservation as long as Booking.com puts in the request. That's it. Ive spoken to at least 4 agents in a period of 48 hours asking them to JUST PUT IN THE REQUEST. But they do not want to take the direct contact info of the person i have already been in communication with at the property which would lessen more confusion, instead, they give me the run around. I think ive emailed 6 different people at this point. Still dealing with it, and hoping for a resolution

I have been moaning about the quality of the output from the BBC for a few years.. but it has sunk so low now with it's output that if it were defunded it really would not make a difference. The original Reith concept of educate , inform and entertain has hit rock bottom.. the TV the radio and the iPlayer are intellectually bankrupt.. the BBC have pathetically censored themselves so they have neutered all forms of entertainment by pampering to a Woke minority.. So sick of a lovely pedigree dog being wagged by a scrawny mongrel tail X

I’m fine with their news. I balance it with MSNBC, Fox and PBS but if you try to contact them the way they tell you: ie fill out a feedback form, email them at the email they have on their website (trustpilot will not let me mention it) or call their number 1 404 827 1500 you will not get through. The feedback form keeps telling me there is an error getting through so I should try later, the comments address keeps getting rejected by the mailer daemon and if you call the number you get time Warner and an automated message that says CNN does not allow transfers. Very dishonest

CNN is not neural. The only way it can improve on its ratings is to be not partisan. It also needs to report on world news not just USA. If an event happens don't go on hours repeating the same information. Go on to other stories and come back to the event when there are updates with new information.For the weekends put on a news magazine "The week in News " and cover the top 10 stories of the week with some Indepth annalist.You have to become neutral when reporting the news. You need to earn the respect from all sides, so they trust you enough to tell you, their perspective. The American audience will respond, they are more intelligent than you give them credit for.

As a first time user I tested out Venmo’s validity and reliability by depositing a dollar via a standard transfer on the morning of Dec 24th. When I saw that the transaction went thru smoothly I transferred one thousand dollars ($1000) into my bank account. I immediately received an email stating that the estimated arrival of the funds would be Dec 26. Today is Dec 28. No money. I called the bank who said they have no notification of any outstanding funds awaiting transfer. I call Venmo. First I was told the bank had the money but is holding it up I told the rep that this was NOT the case. She then proceeds to tell me that Dec 24 is a bank holiday?? I think NOT and that ACH does not work on dec 24??? Well how did the $1 transaction go through ? At that point she told me that I can only put a “trace “ on my missing $1000 on Monday dec31? She claimed that she could not send me any emails or information because” those are the rules “ but in the same breath claimed “full disclosure “? Obviously the past settlement with the FTC means nothing to these scammers and they obviously are continuing their unsavory practices. Time to call in the local district attorney and Feds. They scammed the wrong person.

Recently visited Waddesdon Manor in Bucks. It is the most beautiful house visited so far in our lengthy NT membership. Being as my husband was taken poorly and we for separated the staff did all they could to assist me. We eventually managed to ‘find’ each other, were given drinks by the staff and are now looking forward to a return visit to see all we missed
