Binance used to be amazing. What an absolute disaster they have turned in to. I need to have my account re-verified and I'm having nothing but struggles. Waiting in line for hours for video authentication with their "experts". Worst customer support. I won't be using this exchange again.

This review should be a zero.. I demand my $14.99 purchase to be refunded.. NFL is not living up to what the premium version says what is included.. Red Zone only works on my phone app. I haven't been able to watch live Redzone on my laptop and TV as they stated in the premium version.. It is not worth $15 a month to watch on my mobile app. The mainreason I purchased the service was to watch Red Zone on my laptop unto my TV. NFL is taking our money and falling short of what the premium version actually does.. Do not purchase this service!

Useless, Incompetent and Liars.

lees than 1 star, probably as minus any sort of star as it gets. Useless, incompetent bunch of first class liars. Perhaps that's what Fed Ex require in the drivers they hire, because that appears to be what they've got. When you are told that a signature is required for a shipment, do you or do you not make arrangements to be at the delivery address? Correct, you do. Then when you are told that no one was at the delivery address, do you or do you not see RED ? Correct, you do. Then when you try to get in touch with customer service, what do you get ? Correct **** all. Day 2 of waiting in for said parcel. I will keep you informed about this bunch of losers.
