I have purchased 54 items on depop over a 9 month period. I hoped to be environmentally friendly and save money. Many sellers were fantastic. However there was a problem with 9 of my purchases. Statistically that gives me a 1 in 6 chance of losing money and not receiving my order in the future. I live remote and understand that sellers go on holiday or have busy lives. Often it's after 30 days that I can be sure the item is not coming so I cannot raise a support request.•3 people I bought from were completely unresponsive and I did not receive my purchased item and did not get a refund.•1 person had trouble with their pay pal and stopped selling.• 3 people no longer had the item they claimed to be selling some but not all gave me a refund.•1 person said postage was too expensive to my location, did not give me another option and refunded me.•1 person gave me a completely different item to the one advertised.

Where do I start? This company did not made me feel safe at all! First of all, I clicked at one price and all the sudden it changed for the double. I managed to get back to the original price and after writing down all my details, including card details, I pressed pay and it said “error” “this flight does not exist”, it made me insecure, they have got all my details and what about my money? I hope they dont withdrawel my money cause I dont want the tickets! I tried contacting customerservice, I get no answer. I have received calls from the US but I cant answer as I live in Denmark, and I dont trust this company. They have already given my information. Really unpleasent site, I do not recommond. The Price wasnt even the cheapest I could find, so I dont understand the scam they are trying to accomplish, dont be fooled!

Absolutely awful. They had the incorrect gate information on the board resulting in a missed flight. When I went to seek assistance at the help desk I was told I should have googled the gate information as the boards are not always correct. It took me 3 hours to get someone to actually help me and move me to another flight which was a total of 16 hours later, I had to sleep in the airport. Never again.

The coverage and customer service of Google Fi is the worst I have seen. I signed up for an unlimited data plan when I moved to my new house and there is no coverage. So I chatted with the customer agent and they spent 4+ hours doing all sorts of troubleshooting with no resolution. The escalation team was involved and the only way to connect to them is via email and they don't reply to emails. Everyday they send you standard email saying they will get back, they do this to meet their ticket SLAs, with no resolution to the problem. When I tried to connect the customer agent again they just pass the ball saying the issue is escalated to the escalation team and they will get back in 24hrs. So you just wait for another 24hrs to receive the same copy paste email. This wasn't expected from Google. They seemed to have offshored the customer service who doesn't even know how to deal with the customer. Now I have to pay for a service I have never been able to use.

Every review that I read, I read all that came up, are my exact experiences!! DD used to be good, friendly and reliable. None of that applies now. I've had two drivers tell me to delete the DD app or tell me I am incompetent when I didn't like how I didn't get my food at all. Some of the new drivers don't read or speak English yet. That is an unfair situation for drivers and clients. After I complained three times in two months DD computer blocked me and I still have money on my account.

We just got back from Las Vegas with a plane change in Houston. Southwest lost a suitcase on this changeover. Panic set in --everything was in that suitcase. let me tell you Southwest was amazing! I went to the baggage counter and they were efficient as well as very confident & pleasant. We received an incident report and telephone updates until we got the bag delivered to our home within 24 hours Thank You

Bought a G920 wheel early 2021. It has been having issues for a while, and judging by the forums it is not alone. It loses calibration even under relatively light use. THAT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN LOGITECH! Your support is useless and virtually non-existent, unless you want to speak to a bot! Nothing they suggest works, so you get told to edit the registry. As this could cause catastrophic damage to my pc then they can shove this idea where the sun doesn't shine! Cannot get in touch with them any other way, so cannot sort this out. What a waste of my teenage child's hard-earned money!
