The BBC is not for me anymore reporting and programs are shocking,the filth of this so called British company is plain for everybody to see, left wing bias is eroding this oncegreat stalwart of the people into oblivion, having a go at the Queen for something that "might" have happened over 50 year's ago is a national disgrace, "Goodbye BBC you won't be getting my money" they think that the British People are stupid, all I can say they must be paying to watch and listen to there continued "crap"

I had an amazing time there. Specifically with the employee that helped, his name was tim. And he was on par. Absolutely no time for failure he got me in there setup with a new phone new AirPods and was just exactly what I look for in an employee. He’s located on glassford hill road in Prescott valley AZ! Great job Tim!!

Tonight retuned some I pods. I had bought in park city Utah the day before. I retuned to the store in sandy Utah. I couldnt be more impressed with the two sales consultant in there named Ernesto Ferrer and Jared Jorgensen both helped me very much by giving me no hasel return and going above and beond. and being very helpful with all questions I had Ernesto was very good to when I first walked in insuring me all would be good. Making me know I wouldn’t get the run around like the Draper store that sent me to this store. You realy should complent theses two fine young men both did and do there job very well. And both are super at helping customers. Please acknowledge them for there fine work. And the great job they do.

Recently purchased this online, and unable to install / contact anyone for a refund. I am not sure how to even proceed with the cancellation as they do not have an email support or a phone number that anyone picks up to answer. Big scam to sell a product but not have the purchaser be able to use it.

ICO - Not fit for purpose.

Similar to the last reviewer's experience, Ms Flanagan & her cohorts display a lack of knowledge of the legislation they are supposed to represent. Ask for a review and it gets reviewed by another person at the same level of experience, i.e, not much. It's worth noting that we can complain about the ICO to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, but out of nearly 900 complaints about the ICO to them, how many have been successful? None. Not a single one. So this organisation exists as a non-accountable bunch of clueless admin clerks who have no interest in actually investigating any data breaches. Do yourselves a favour and don't even bother with these incompetent fools.

Canadian buying for my Dutch partner

I am in Canada, my partner is in the Netherlands, I've been using Bol to send him gifts. At first I was paying with my Mastercard, and then one day bol gave me a message that I couldn't use that card anymore that it was marked as fraudulent??? I contacted my bank and they said there was nothing wrong with my account or card or any fraudulent activity. Tried contacting customer service through chat as I can't call internationally and waited 6h!!!! I never got an agent. I started buying online gift cards to pat, which btw are more expensive than the actual value. Which was working but then some of them started disappearing. Tried contacting customer service again, never got an agent. I started paying with my second prepaid credit card which was going great, up until 2 days ago where I got a message saying the payment was unsuccessful due to a technical issue with my credit card company to try another method or try again later. I tried hours after hours and got the same message. Contacted my credit card company... guess what? They're systems are not down and there's no known technical issues at this time. Tried contacting customer service, no response. So then I decided fine, I'll get another gift card, as it told me to use a different method, it tells me I'm not allowed at this time to add a gift card to try again later or choose a different method of payment. We are now 72h later and I still can't pay with my credit card OR gift card which I paid for and can't have refunded. I have no email of issues with my account, online it says Bol has no system issues at this time, customer service is not responsive on chat... This is really frustrating and unacceptable.

Deliveries that never shows up.

Second time now back to back I need to wait for over a month for a package that never shows up. The compensation is pathetic in itself, a refund for a neglected company will not now cover my additional cost going to the place to go buy it there. Get a reliable dedicated courier service and communicate with them. Would not suggest bol to anyone, you will have your time wasted.

Beyond Untimely

I called at 1:12am because I literally have ONE stripped lug nut that I cannot get off. First estimated time was 1:40am...1:47am comes...2:12am... now 2:37am... "your service request is in que and a technician will be en route shortly"... 2 hrs for one lug nut to get taken off? What is the point of writing notes if these geniuses don't prioritize the service requests? Waiting 2 hours for a lug nut to get removed is INSANE... and it's 2:48am now meanwhile I'm still sitting here... I don't even need a tow truck, I need a tech to simply take the lug nut off like wow...Edit: Made it home around 3:30am... Tow man made it around 2:55am (emphasis on TOW MAN)... gets there and tells me my lug nut is stripped... YES that's why YOU are here..."i can't do anything about this"... longer story short he got that d*** lug nut off because i didn't sit at a gas station for 2 hrs for somebody to FINALLY get there with ZERO initiative acting like he can't help me... unbelievable..

100% clean code but still negative result.

As a developer with 100% clean code I get so irritated when unknown scanners on their website telling me and my clients that there is malware in it. i dont trust the Behaviour scan from Microsoft looks like they want to kick out usage of Delphi ect. A simple Windows registry change to start with Windows and a lot of scanners on their site jump in panic mode.

Their website doesn't work. I'm a Canadian trying to send a gift to a relative in America; I've used Target to do it before. Not anymore. Their website keeps showing up completely blank pages. There's no way to order anything. What a useless company. I hope they go out of business.

I should have checked Trustpilot first. The subscription renews without warning. It is not clear when your plan ends. It takes extra effort to cancel, it is just not right.Photos - you can find a handful of good images, but the majority are rubbish
