What happened to PayPal? I had unauthorized activity on my account. I tried to contact them to resolve the issue, but instead, I was told the transaction was authorized—despite having documentation showing it wasn’t. It’s not the company it used to be. It's now full of scammers and feels like a company that has gone downhill.

Where to start? I downloaded the app on my phone on the 5th January and paid for a full years subscription.I setup my account and linked it to my business bank account which all went smoothly. I then needed to add some manual transactions and this is where things went wrong.After adding a manual transaction the balance updated so if the transaction was for £11 the balance showed as £11. If I then closed and reopened the app, the balance doubled to £22 and stayed like this.Every single manual transaction was initially being counted correctly but upon refreshing the app, it counted it a second time. Removing the transaction corrected the balance but adding it again caused the same issue.I reported it to support who got me to do the usual uninstall the app, reinstall, exporting and sending them my transactions etc but nothing worked so they escalated it to the "backend team" who have been sitting on the issue for A WHOLE MONTH.I keep getting automated emails saying I'm due an update on a given date only to either not get the update or for the update to be, you'll get an update in another week. I've called them several times for an update and surprise surprise, there is no update and the team handling it cannot be contacted nor can I be put through to them and there is no escalation process.Imagine that, an accounting app that cannot properly add numbers together?!!I then unlinked my bank account and this still showed as part of my balance despite the transactions being removed successfully so my balance was never correct at any stage of using it.Tried to post on their community page in case anyone had found a workaround and got to the end where I needed to upload some screenshots, wouldn't let me, just sat there spinning, tried to post the question without pictures and "error 404" and I lost everything I typed.So I have now cancelled my account and asked for a refund but given my experience so far I'm not holding out hope in the companies ability to do this. The level of incompetence is absolutely astounding, I even posted on X about it several times tagging QuickBooks and it took several weeks to even get a reaction to that. Appalling software (that cannot accurately add numbers together) and awful customer service, although I will acknowledge the staff themselves were very professional and courteous, but they are a layer to prevent the real people looking at the problem from having to deal with the customer which is unfair on the front line staff.And for clarity, a friend of mine also signed up for the same service but they do not have any manual transactions so they haven't experienced the issue, but when I asked them to add one, bingo, the same problem for them as well! What?!

I have owned Garmin products for many years. Al;ways was the best. Obviously something has changed. No real customer support. I bought a new one and I'm still waiting . A month. Really? Everyone else is next day or fairly close. My biggest complaint is , there is no way to talk to a human, at least not that I could find. I waste way too much time chasing around the computer. Wish I had bought from brick and mortar.

Just got off the phone with Fandango. First: you can hardly understand the person. Second: they don't listen to what the problem is because they're too busy talking about how they can't help you. Third: they give you another number to call and when you do they in turn give you the same number you called in the first place. Fourth: ripped me off $5.00 because I didn't do it right because their directions are impossible to follow. I just canceled my account and signed up with Cinemark. Hopefully my experience with them will be better!!

#Trustpilot reviews are really authentic!! I wish I had read Trustpilot's reviews before using Doordash. Maybe I would'nt had spent $94.00 at a food chain! Door dash, charged me $8.00 (non-refund delivery fees), I learned about this too late, And, in addition to high delivery fees, one item was"missing" from my order. According to the food chain manager I spoke with, Doordash service/accuracy is not the best. And there have been issues in the past.

Yuki and Lily tell me to verify at my local post office.... but they don' t specify if it is Canada Post or UPS, or FEDEX or whatever.... I have checked by Internet Canada Post tracking research and the tracking number does not match their services.4. Friday night, Yuki from your Cordova Gerick Customer service, gives me a new tracking number.... wich is : UNIAS3045718610YQ and tells me to ' contact your local post office' with that number.5. Saturday, (today) I go on the Internet with that tracking number he just gave me :UNIAS3045718610YQ - the system gives me a negative answer. I try again with the other tracking no. (the first you gave me) : Y6213652127212974. -- negative answer again.6. Here attached to this e-mail, Poste Canada's negative answer to both tracking numbers.This is the best I can do !! and as I said in an other e-mail, I am tired of this saga and actually, you do not have any proof of delivering the parcel: other Cies they take a picture of the parcel at the door, they call before leaving the parcel at the door... - You had my cell phone and nobody called me, you do not have any proof of delivering any parcel at my door.... The absolute worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered 2 laptops for my daughters as they started high school this year. Only 1 arrived and I’m still waiting for the 2nd over a month later. Customer services is a joke and I keep getting told to wait while the conduct an investigation. I would never recommend Lenovo to anyone.
