After 16 years of FB I decided to quit and deactivate the account. So I did. For it to reactivate again 14 days later. So I deactivate again. And it reactivated another 14 days later. Next time I will delete it. And Zuckerberg has made it very difficult to end the relationship. Like a stalker.

I booked a hotel for 1 night stay near the highway, with a private parking facility at a hotel in Luxembourg via Booking.com + added the extra payment for cancellation possibility.The car park was an absolute must for me since I travel with car full of important belongings.The booking.com ad promised a private parking at the hotel - and the hotel's own website announces private parking too.HOWEVER As soon as I paid the booking - I received an automated message from the hotel, via booking.com, that the parking was a public parking further away from the hotel!!I immediately sent an email to the hotel, via the link provided in the message - but it came back as "an Unknown address".- Checking out the hotel's own website, revealed that booking.com had a spelling mistake on the link - so I sent the hotel a new email request - but NEVER got any answer!- So I called the hotel number several times- but nobody NEVER answered!HOW COULD I THEN TRUST THAT THIS HOTEL EVEN EXISTED?- So I called Booking.com and cancelled the hotel since I needed to book another trustworthy hotel with a secure parking - I had paid the right to cancel, right?- So they were very understanding and kind on the telephone - but the cancellation fee was the exact same price the hotel night had costed 96,90€!!- They told me that I could get in touch directly with the hotel and try to negotiate with them to get the money back!! Me? Isn't the Booking.com responsible of the deals they make?So, I had boughed the overnight stay with bookin.com - who had FALSELY marketed this hotel with free private parking, given me a wrong email to the hotel, sold me a cancellation option which was a FRAUD, and told me to talk with the hotel directly to get refund!!Does bookin.com have no obligations or responsibilities over what they sell and market?!!Another incidence: my son booked an entire villa/house for the end of the year with booking.com and when he went to the villa - the real owner was there telling they never had rented their villa - another FRAUD marketed by booking.com

I had issues with my ambilight TV, I asked for help at the end of April and tried all the actions Phillips advised. These did not work and after alot of back and forth an engineer took the TV away on 3/6/25. It is now 23/6/25 and I have had to chase up repeatedly to find out what is going on. As of yet I still have no confirmation when my TV will be returned. It feels like theft. Do not buy from Phillips!

I bought a laptop from the HP UK website for video editing. It arrived without a graphics card installed. They sent out an engineer to fix it, but he had no idea how to. They refused to allow a return and gaslit me into believing that the machine was fine. I contacted NVIDIA to do a diagnostics on the machine and they confirmed the machine had no NVIDIA graphics card (as advertised), but still HP didn't believe it. I had to get the money back from my credit card company.The many HP staff I spoke to were all useless, lied, and lacked any compassion.

I visited the FedEx store located at 3505 Coffee Road, Suite C to ship a package. I waited patiently in line while the FedEx employee helped the customer in front me who was having a problem using her credit to pay for her shipment. The employee acknowledged me and said she’d right with me. About five minutes later, another customer (whom the employee appeared to know) came in with a large box which he placed on a FedEx cart. Although I was next in line, the employee skipped me a waited on the customer that came in after me. When I asked her why the other customer was allowed to go ahead of me, her reply was “it was just easier.” My rating is based on the terrible customer service was provided to me.
