We use Amazon alot we probably get at least 1 delivery a week in my householdI just want to say how much I appreciate the service they giveOver 3 years we have probably had 2 or 3 issues which Amazon customer service refundedEven had an email yesterday from a delivery I'd missed from a month ago, telling me they were sorry that the refund had been overlooked and it was now going to my bankHonestly I can't fault AmazonGood work 🏆

Absolutely dreadful call centre took almost an hour to reset password and they deleted my original account. I couldn't understand the operator she couldn't understand me. Wanted to book over the phone but thought Plymouth was in America. Would you give the your card details? No way I was. My account is locked again they asked for all my details via messenger then told me to call anyway. I have given up they aren't worth the effort. Every other loyalty scheme is way better just avoid them honestly😡

I would not have gone nor even known about the Cape May Whale Watch if I hadn't see a Groupon coupon. The discount was what made us decide to go and it was worth the money. The app was easy to use with simple and explicit directions. I can see everything I've purchased in my account.

I am absolutely furious. I have used depop for over a year now. At the start It was going ok. Now in the last 6 months they keep removing my items.Just last week I had a buyer who kept messaging me to know where I lived so they can come and collect a brand new eyeshadow palette off me , but I kept replying to the buyer saying I only sell in the app I am not going to say where I live but they kept messaging me so I informed depop . Instead depop did not do anything to the buyer and instead they removed my item and sent me a warning about asking buyers to purchase outside the app even though I provided them proof of the message . When I contacted depop about this they said it was an error on the system & restored my item. Bare in mind over the last few months they removed more of my items that they did no restore in the months before even though I contacted them providing proof and saying none of my items went against their prohibited items but they do not respond. Now today I wake up and see my heels for no reason have been removed . These heels have been listed for ages as well as my other items that they removed over the last few months.None of my items went against their policies. And now today they sent me “final reminder before they suspend my account ” because apparently I am selling outside the app. I’ve made no sales within the last month so I am fuming why they randomly decide to say this . Absolutely unacceptable they don’t even review reports properly. They don’t even check the items properly or why would they just slap you with random reports nearly every other month. 1 day with a so called prohibited item report, another day with an out of app payment for a buyer report , another day with a used item report . Ridiculous To the point now they are saying to me this is my final chance . Well I give up and deleting my account before they decide to suspend for removing another item for absolutely no reason. Also the fees are so bloody high , they say 10% but it’s absolute bull how they charge . Awful experience. !

I would give Zero stars if I could. After suspending my account for no reason, they asked for ID which I provided and then they went silent for more than a week, all the responses seem robotic, I dont believe they have real humans working there. Can't wait for Depop to fold up and die. Why is Depop still a thing, ugh

U choose a price , then your there ready before time , once home and payment comes through from bank, they've added much more on, thos tends to happen late at night, one fare was 5.76 got in and he'd taken 25.76 luckily u get it back qhen u complain. Also taxi can be a minute away rhen they cancel u and you're back in a queue for 30 min this happens to often cant be trusted

Generally a positive experience, however, the payment situation is long and tedious and I have a bunch of money stuck in limbo, even though I have filled out all of the required paperwork and identification verification. Other platforms allow you to access your funds much quicker and seamlessly. Hopefully they can improve this.

Four hours later another email advising they are cancelling the order. Oh, I guess the previous email was a lie then.You've had my money 12 days, mislead me on an email then offer me a paltry 20% off your overpriced and soon to be old model Instinct Solar. Zero customer service. Going to put in a PayPal claim to get my money back. You've lost a customer for life through sheer incompetence and disdain for customers. Read the recent reviews, this could have been great PR and a way to gain a loyal band of new customers.
