Vexus vs AT&T

Called Vexus and ATT. Comparing the two. It’s quite obvious, I just wanted prices for each. While Vexus was non intrusive and respectful of my time and space needed to make a decision, AT&T was pushing very hard to make a sale and would not let me leave the call until I give my information to them to put an install order in. The customer service representative here went completely quiet after I denied the offer and mentioned to him I would make a decision this week, shortly after they had hung up on me, while Vexus, the rep was very laid back, nice, not pressuring, seemed like they understood the situation between a customer switching companies vs just making a sale and not caring about the consumer. At a lower price and still very comparable speeds to AT&T, if not as good, I would much rather deal with people who are understanding and not about themselves, as I can imagine the arguments in the future about a bill or something dealing with customer service, therefore have chosen Vexus.
