I purchased a full set of car covers for our new car, Haval Jolion and even thought they said in their specifications they would fit, I am afraid they do not. Not only that bur clips were missing and overall, they are an inferior product. I have tried to arrange a refund and return but find I am being stalled in all my efforts so that the window of return runs out and I am stuck. Their site only allows you to go so far with the refund process then stalls and one can not submit the request. I have sent feedback and several messages, to no avail and of course there is no direct number to call anybody for a one on one discussion. I am looking for some help and advice.
