- Do not use consider alternatives --Really unhelpful customer service, long delays on responses almost 3 days to solve a query. Accounts can be suspended for very odd reasons- Paid alot of money in my first Month to have over 10 days unable to fully use the platform - not productive at all

I am a customer of Flipkart for almost 4years now. Have purchased more than 30 items at least but in the recent big bullion sale ordered a Lenovo K8plus using Moto X play for exchange online analysis was performed and price decided by Flipkart. Then the order which was to be delivered on 29 SEP 2017 finally came on Oct 2nd but they refused to deliver the phone citing that the Moto X play had damage to the skin "the exact words of the delivery boy" and thus rejected. But what surprised me was a call from Flipkart asking if I was satisfied..... To summarize Flipkart should introspect and this review is typed using the same Moto X play phone which is working absolutely fine with no problems to either the phone's skin or mine!.

Absolutely terrible experience. I wish I never booked from VRBO. Never has I any issues with AIRbnb. VRBO is a joke! They never reply to Emails. I had a very serious issue with mirror almost falling on my 2 year old son, that we barely saved. Also, undisclosed Cameras on property and I never received my deposit back (although host claims she refunded fully). Do NOT book anything with VRBO

If you value your time, sanity, and credit rating, don’t use FedEx UK.FedEx completely botched my shipment of personal belongings. They slapped on incorrect VAT and fees despite me providing clear proof. Instead of fixing it, they left me hanging in a frustrating mess for months.Their debt collection agency, Controlaccount, has been relentless, demanding more money than what FedEx themselves confirmed I owe (£21). They piled on late fees and harassment even while my complaint was ongoing. FedEx says they told Controlaccount to stop, but guess what? Controlaccount ignored them and kept pressuring me.I’ve had to get Citizens Advice and Trading Standards involved because FedEx’s handling of this situation is absolutely unacceptable. My credit score is now at risk thanks to their total incompetence.I’m only paying the £21 because I want the harassment to end, not because I accept the rest of their nonsense. FedEx’s “customer service” is a joke, and their complaint process is broken beyond repair.

Don't like it, customer service is very bad, late responses, no chat directly, charged more money than they offered, they don't advise you if there is any issue or something happened with the account, they just charge money? And blame you at last that you are the one who is responsible for the account! What low-quality services they have.
