Instead of fixing it, they left me hanging in a frustrating mess for months.Their debt collection agency, Controlaccount, has been relentless, demanding more money than what FedEx themselves confirmed I owe (£21). They piled on late fees and harassment even while my complaint was ongoing. FedEx says they told Controlaccount to stop, but guess what? Controlaccount ignored them and kept pressuring me.I’ve had to get Citizens Advice and Trading Standards involved because FedEx’s handling of this situation is absolutely unacceptable. My credit score is now at risk thanks to their total incompetence.I’m only paying the £21 because I want the harassment to end, not because I accept the rest of their nonsense.
