I am a customer of Flipkart for almost 4years now. Have purchased more than 30 items at least but in the recent big bullion sale ordered a Lenovo K8plus using Moto X play for exchange online analysis was performed and price decided by Flipkart. Then the order which was to be delivered on 29 SEP 2017 finally came on Oct 2nd but they refused to deliver the phone citing that the Moto X play had damage to the skin "the exact words of the delivery boy" and thus rejected. But what surprised me was a call from Flipkart asking if I was satisfied..... To summarize Flipkart should introspect and this review is typed using the same Moto X play phone which is working absolutely fine with no problems to either the phone's skin or mine!.
