-Work outlook email impossible to load from new Outlook, when it works fine with old Windows 10 version-Force to switch to new Outlook repeatedly for months, after providing repeated feedback about the features not working, without those issues being fixed-Forced Ads on top of mail-Requiring a subscription to Microsoft 365 in order to go Ad Free in mail... I don't care how cheap it costs, I don't want Microsoft 365, and shouldn't be forced to pay for it just to stop ads in one program!I will switch to using only web-browser mail before I use the new outlook.

Not a member of IPSO - wonder why...I've sent in letters to The I for years. They once published one so badly 'edited' it made no sense. I laughed that off. Recently they edited one so badly even altering the central point so it became the exact OPPOSITE of what I'd written. I was SO embarrassed to have my name attached I complained. I got the standard - will respond promptly reply. A week ago (195205).I know the UK media is incestuous you only have to read the grey, conveyor belt, characterless drivel but surely even in a world where who you know gets you a job - there must be a lowest bar - a standard below which even they will not sink - maybe it could be labelled'Must understand how words work'????????

My company JC Roofing has been on yelp for a couple years now and am very displeased with their review system. I had a person post a review on my page but, it was not for my company and yelp refuses to remove it or contact this user. Also, there are customers that have plenty of reviews and found me on yelp but have been moved to not recommended. I have spoken to the customer support team and have been told there is nothing they can do. This has made my rating go down and I had multiple customers ask me about the bad review. Their review system is terrible.

I owned a Garmin Vivoactive 3 for 2 years and 1 month and then had a mark on the glass. No damage to the outside but a hugely annoying white mark that is in the center of the watch face. This is caused by a fault that many other people are reporting on chat forums. The watch was bought on 1st February 2018 for £249.99. It was well looked after. Garmin responded, 'we have determined that your Garmin device will need to be booked in for a replacement' but as my warranty is 1 month outside of the guarantee period I am being asked to pay for a replacement. I asked for a 'good will' gesture but they refused. I am now hugely annoyed, it is evident that Garmin are selling Garmin sports watches with a short shelf life caused by a manufacturing fault and backed up by poor customer service. Very disappointed as the watch is not worth £249.99 for just 2 years use + the additional £96 being requested

I purchased 13 items with them, and none are working now. All my customers' websites are down. I requested a dispute only for 2 items, but they sent an email saying that I have to cancel the dispute with PayPal for access to my account, and now they have locked my account.

I was very pleased with Duolingo at first, until I got stuck in a loop on an exercise that kept sending me back to the start again and again. After several months I gave up and will now not be renewing my account with them for what would be my 4th year. This is after 3 months of sending my request to be put back on track at least 40 times without any heed or understanding of my problem. Had the feeling that " so called customer service" simply pressed a button, and left me back in the same situation. Very disappointing as I had every intention of renewing my membership for a fifth year.

My first HP printer didn’t work. I sent it back. The 2nd HP printer also didn’t work. I had to purchase a printer from another vender which has worked flawlessly. I contacted HP to seek some retribution from them. It took HP nearly a month to get back to me and tell me they wanted to troubleshoot my second HP printer. I told them they had enough documentation to make a decision. I didn’t want to interrupt my activities to do another troubleshoot that based on past experiences won’t work. They have violated practically every best practice tenant in customer service.

Don't buy using nintendo store uk never! After a week I didnt receive my order. I asked by chat where was it, and they said my order was cancelled because of a problem with the payment. It was charged!!!!! tThey told me to place a new order, but the control wasnt in promo anymore, and they responded that it wasn't their problem. So no, buy it using amazon or any other site, never use nintendo uk store, you will never receive it and they don't care.

OrderID- 4645518696 / CaseID - C002768893I ordered a laptop from my corporate account and from next day I started receiving emails that the order got cancelled upon my request (which is a lie). Despite my immediate intimation of the issues with my order and active follow-ups, there has been a complete absence of proper response or support from both the escalation team and the order status team. This lack of assistance has persisted, culminating in the unfortunate cancellation of my order without any valid reason provided.Upon speaking to customer support, I was informed that the order was cancelled due to lack of stock, contradicting the assertion made in the cancellation email, which erroneously stated that the cancellation was upon my request. Such inconsistency raises serious concerns about the integrity and transparency of Lenovo's processes.

Yep midsomer murder and horse racing!!! What a really poor poor show by ITV thank goodness for sky and the good old beeb ITV you need to take a good long hard look at yourselfs for next Christmas.....
